1. Mechanics: Send a Plan or Top Up to Loved ones from the US, CAD and UK and you could win a trip to the Caribbean or hundreds of prizes
2. Dates of the Promotion: June 10th, 2022, to July 9th, 2022
3. 3 Caribbean Trip Winners (+1 accompanion) and 100s of prizes:
a. 1 Winners for the trip and a 100 people for the prizes will be selected on June 30th
b. 1 Winners for the trip will be selected on July 10th
c. 1 winner for a trip and 100 people for the prizes will be selected after the promotion ends.
d. Trips will be in Selected Digicel International Markets
e. Winner of the trip could prefer a Cash Prize for a value of $1,500, each 3 winners.
4. Potential Winners will be contacted via email, app-notification or other method after providing their personal information. Digicel International will do 2 attempts to reach potential winners. If the potential winner does not respond to the second attempt after 10 days, the offer will be rescinded.
5. To qualify, top ups must be sent via:
a. Digicel Online www.online-top-up.digicelgroup.com and www.digicelinternational.com
b. The Digicel International App;
c. An authorized Digicel Retail store abroad.
6. This promotion is only valid when Diaspora Customers sends to Digicel Prepaid customers in the following participating markets (Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Curacao, Dominica, El Salvador, French Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Panama, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos)
7. Promotion is only valid for Top Ups and Plans sent from USA, Canada & UK. Not valid for domestic top ups or other sending countries.
8. There is not entry price point for the promotion, all transactions have a chance to win. More transactions more chances to win.
9. Digicel will not be responsible for: (1) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network connections or hardware or software; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part; or (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this promotion.
10. Digicel reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the promotion, to amend its terms and conditions or to withdraw the promotion. In any of these events, notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
11. Digicel reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, virus, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety, or proper play of the promotion. In such event, Digicel hereby specifically reserves the right (but not the obligation) to award some other prize hereunder by means of a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up until the time of the impairment.
