Subject to these Terms, the following persons can participate in this Promotion:
a. Residents of Saint Vincent & The Grenadines who live in a Digicel+ Fibre area
b. Digicel mobile customers who do not have a Digicel+ Home Fibre service.
b. Non-customers who are signing up for Digicel+ Home Fibre service for the first time
The following persons are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Corporate and business account customers;
b. Customers who already have a Digicel+ service
c. Persons under the age of eighteen (18).
You can participate in the Digicel+ Switch Promotion by following the the steps below:
Step 1: You must Sign Up for the Digicel+ Home Fibre Service using the Online form on this page https://www.digicelgroup.com/vc/en/digicel-plus/switch-to-digicel-plus.html
Step 2: A Digicel+ sales representative will contact you within forty-eight (48) hours to confirm that you live in a Digicel+ Fibre service area, and have you sign the Customer Agreement form to in order to complete the sale.
Step 3: Once our Digicel+ Home Fibre service is installed at your residence; the first 50% discount will be added to your first monthly Digicel+ bill.
Step 4: You will need ensure you pay your bill on time and in full each month in order to have the 2nd and 3rd discount added to your bill each month, until the end of the promotion in the third month.
