7.    What do I do if all equipment “STB, Dish or LNB” is faulty?
Pay total of $159 for new kit, which includes 2 months subscription ($110) and equipment ($49)


8.    Will I get free swap if I do not pay 2 months subscription or cost as stated?

No – In this case, you have to pay retail price of the equipment which will not include the subscription.
