1.    How many points will I get when I Opt-in?
Instant Points are pre-defined and based on the dollar value of your Opt-in. You receive 1 Instant Point for each dollar of Opt-in. For example, if you Opt-in for $10.00, you will receive 10 Instant Points, $20.00 – 20 Instant Points etc. 

2.    What is ‘age on network’ (AON)?
Age on Network is the number of years you have been a prepaid customer of Digicel. It begins from when your Digicel phone number was activated.

3.    How do I get points based on ‘age on network’ (AON)?
At month-end, bonus points will be allocated to you based on the following:

4.    I am a postpaid customer, will I get points too?

No. The Loyalty Campaign is open to prepaid GSM, Sky Pacific and Unwired customers only.


5.    How will I know if I have received point’s i.e. Instant Points?

You will receive a notification on the Digicel Rewards App.

6.    How do I check my points?

By checking either on Digicel Rewards App or from any of our selected stores.


7.    What are the rewards that can be redeemed with the points I?
Rewards will be available on Digicel Rewards App which include prizes. Collateral rewards is based on stock availability at the time of redemption. The schedule of rewards applicable provided in the Annex 1.


8.    How can customers redeem rewards?

To redeem rewards check the Digicel Rewards App.


9.    Do I need to have 100% of points in my Points Account, so I can redeem a reward?
Yes. A prepaid customer needs to have sufficient points in their account to redeem a reward. For example, if a customer wishes to redeem a reward that requires 5,000 points, they need 5,000 or more points in their account. If the customer does not have enough points, they will not be able to redeem the reward.


10.    How can I redeem for collateral rewards?
Redeeming collateral rewards can only be done from within a Digicel retail store or Kiosk. To redeem collateral rewards the customer needs to be physically present at any of the authorized outlets with their Digicel phone and SIM which has sufficient points for redemption. 


A retail personnel input is required to complete a collateral redemption. The person redeeming the collateral reward will be responsible for picking up the reward. Digicel will not be responsible for shipping, sending or mailing any collateral reward to any individuals.


11.    Can I return the reward I choose to get my points back?
Once a reward has been selected, the required points will be deducted from your Digicel account. You will not be able to return the reward after that.

12.    When can redemption take place? Do I need to use up all my points every month?

You can use your points whenever you like, however the points need to be used within 6 months of when you received them. Unused points will rollover to the next month (for 6 months only) and provided you continue to top-up within that time every 3 months.

13.    Will my points expire?

Your points will expire in two scenarios:

1.     If you cease to be an active Digicel prepaid customer for 6 months and more. If you have points in your account but remain inactive for more than 6 months, your account will expire or be deactivated. Any unused points will be forfeited. Customers will be notified by SMS and/or calls before this happens.

2.     To keep the rewards program active on your SIM Card you must ensure you top-up within every 3 months or all unused points will be lost.

14.    What do I need to do to be an active Digicel customer?

To be an active Digicel customer you will need to:

-    Top Up your Digicel number regularly; or

-    Use your real credit to make calls, send SMS, and use data or to opt into any Digicel plans. This activity needs to happen at least once in the month.

15.    If my account gets deactivated and I get another Digicel SIM, can I transfer my points to my new number?
No. Points are not transferable. Each Digicel number will accumulate points specific to that number and the particular customer. 

16.    If my account gets de-activated and I arrange to get the same number reactivated, what will happen to my points?

No as upon de-activation points are removed from the system.

17.    I have two Digicel SIMs, can I combine points to redeem for rewards?

No. Each Digicel number will accumulate point’s specific to that number only.

18.    I am a Digicel customer but have changed my phone number, SIMs over the years. What would be my age on network?

Each Digicel number will have a separate activation date and thus age on network. Your network age is based only on your current SIM card.

19.    How long will I have to wait for the instant points to hit my account?

For prepaid instant points will hot your account in a few minutes but for Sky and TPP it will take roughly 48 hours.

20.    When will I get the AON points?

AON points will be calculated every month, so the AON to hit your account will be on the 1st of every month.


Open to prepaid GSM, Sky Pacific, Unwired & TPP customers only. Excludes Digicel Staff and postpaid customers.


Points will be awarded accordingly upon use of chargeable activity i.e. purchasing or renewing any Digicel Plan.

Receiving real credit or ABM via Credit U/Me, credit transfer and Credit Advance service usage will not earn points as these are not considered to be a chargeable activity.


Points cannot be transferred to, shared between or pulled between different accounts. Each account will have its own points.


Unused points will rollover every month for active customers. If an account does     not have any chargeable incoming and outgoing activity for more than 6 months, all unused points will be lost.

Telco rewards can be redeemed at any time. Rewards will be attached to the accounts automatically. Customers will receive a trigger message or each successful or unsuccessful redemption.


Telco rewards have specified caps and validity. Any unused value not used before the expiry will be lost.


Redemption of rewards will deduct the required points from the account. Redeemed rewards cannot be returned.


All unused points will expire upon SIM Deactivation Recycling process.


These rewards can be changed at any time at Digicel’s sole and unfettered discretion

These Digicel Rewards General Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your use of the Digicel Rewards mobile application (the "App”). You should read these Terms carefully before using the App.

“We” or “us” means Digicel Pacific Limited, a company registered under the laws of Fiji. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates ("Affiliates") from time to time. For the purposes of each Territory in which the Application is provided, the Digicel Affiliate providing the Digicel Rewards will be the Party contracting with the Customer for the purposes of this Agreement.

“You” means the person accessing or using the App or viewing its Content (and “your” shall have the same meaning). By accessing or using the App, whether occasionally, frequently or permanently, or by otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using this App immediately.

You may not transfer or assign any obligations or responsibilities arising from these Terms to third parties in any way whatsoever, and may not make any third party a partner to responsibilities written in these Terms and therefore in related legal provisions due to any reason whatsoever.

This Application will have individual Digicel Rewards applicable from time to time which Digicel may change at its discretion. The Terms and Conditions for the applicable rewards will be specified individually.


1.1 Digicel Rewards is a mobile application that is designed to award points to prepaid Digicel Customers upon their chargeable activity and age on network including: (a) view Total Points; (b) redeem Points by choosing designated reward bundles; (c) Check activity logs on how many points were added and deducted with what bundles are been redeemed. 

1.2. The App also includes a Scan Feature to tap in to any merchants or third party which may/will be applicable in future.

1.3. To access the App, you must have internet access and register with the App.

1.4. This App is intended for use only by those who can access it from within countries in which we and our Affiliates have a business, company or commercial presence (the “Territory”). If you choose to access the App from a location outside of the Territory, you are responsible for compliance with local laws where they are applicable.

1.5. You accept that whether or not you are located within the Territory, the App or certain content on the App may not be available in your country or in your preferred language.

1.6. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, remove or disable access to the App and any content or other materials that are offered on the App at any time, without notice. Consequently, we will neither be responsible towards you nor any third party for any modification, suspension, removal or discontinuance of the App.


2.1. You shall be solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App.

2.2. All content available on the App, including but not limited to images, software, text, videos and audio or other multimedia content in digital format or other material or information submitted to or on the App, are available only for your personal and non-commercial use.

2.3. You agree to not: a) pretend to be someone else and / or use personal information of a third party to access or use the App; b) violate any law through or on the App; c) cause annoyance or disturbance to third parties through or on the App; d) use any device or software to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App, including but not limited to disrupting or intercepting it; e) use any robot, spider, other electronic device, automatic, or manual process, to hack, monitor or copy the App or any content published on it; f) use the App in any way that may cause harm to it or have a detrimental impact on our users' experience; g) use the App to advertise any products or services without permission; h) transmit information or material that may violate rights of third parties or contain any virus or other harmful component; or i) use the App in any other way that is inconsistent with these Terms.

2.4. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and other login credentials secured, and for all purchases, activations, services requested, and other transactions conducted through your registered online account. Any purchases made using your account on the App shall be deemed a legitimate request from you. You must immediately advise us if your account information is compromised or you have reason to believe it is compromised.

2.5. You have the right to terminate or cancel your subscription to the App at any time by submitting your request for cancellation through the means as provided on the App.

2.6. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our privacy notice, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.


3.1. The App may contain information, text, files, images, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, materials, applications, software, product names, company names, trade names, logos, designs, and any other materials or content (collectively, “Content") of us, our Affiliates and our licensors and assignors.

3.2. The App and its Content are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws and we own and retain all rights in the Content and the App. We hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-sub licensable, non-transferable right to access the App. Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the App other than is necessary to enable you to access the App and engage in the activities and transactions made available to you on and through the App.

3.3. Except as provided in this Agreement or as explicitly allowed in any additional Terms on any applicable service, you may not copy, download, capture, reproduce, duplicate, archive, upload, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, retransmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, frame or deep-link, make available or otherwise use any Content contained in or through the App.

3.4. Except as explicitly and expressly permitted by us, you are strictly prohibited from creating works or materials (including but not limited to fonts, icons, link buttons, wallpaper, desktop themes, on-line postcards, montages, mash-ups and similar videos, greeting cards and unlicensed merchandise) that derive from or are based on the content. This prohibition applies regardless of whether such derivative works or materials are sold, bartered or given away

3.5. You may not, either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet App, web-based service or other means, remove, alter, bypass, avoid, interfere with, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice marked on the Content contained on the App or any digital rights management mechanism, device, or other content protection, copy control, or access control measure associated with the Content, including geo-filtering mechanisms.

3.6. Except as necessary in order to make reference to Digicel Rewards in a purely descriptive capacity, you are expressly prohibited from using any Content in any manner. You may not, without our written permission, “mirror” any Content contained on the App.

3.7 This Section 3 of these Terms shall survive any expiration or termination of these Terms or the App.



4.1. You agree to fully indemnify us and our Affiliates, directors, shareholders, employees, licensors, contract staff, partners, agents, successors, assigns and customers that display their marks in conjunction with us, in respect of any damage or loss suffered by you, including legal costs and attorneys' fees, which arise from your misconduct or any violation of these Terms on your part.

4.2. You agree to refrain from taking any action or issuing any claim against us and our Affiliates, directors, shareholders, employees, or agents with respect to our use of the App or any action undertaken by us in which we have removed any information or content, or taken any other action during the investigation of a suspected violation.

4.3 This Section 4 of these Terms shall survive any expiration or termination of these Terms or the App.


5.1. The App is provided “as is” and without warranty or condition. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your access to the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or operable at all times or during any down time (a) caused by outages to any public internet backbones, networks or servers; (b) caused by any failures of your application, equipment, systems or local access services; (c) for previously scheduled maintenance; or (d) relating to events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental action, labour conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, or interruptions in internet services to an area where our or your servers are located.

5.2. In no event shall we, our Affiliates, directors, shareholders, employees, licensors, contract staff, partners, officers, successors, assigns or agents, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to any incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages directly or indirectly arising out of: (a) the use of or unavailability of the App; (b) any action taken in reliance on or response to any content published on the App; (c) any claim attributable to errors, omissions or any inaccuracy in the content; or (d) any other matter in connection with the App, however caused, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.3 This Section 5 of these Terms shall survive any expiration or termination of these Terms or the App.


6.1. We may enable access to our other services, sites and apps as well as third-party services, sites and apps. You access these at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any such services, sites or apps.

6.2. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third-party services, sites or apps does not mean that we endorse that third party's app, site, products or services.

6.3. Your use of a third-party app may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third-party app. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web apps or services that you visit.


7.1. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms from time to time. Our updated Terms will be displayed on our App and by continuing to access or use the App following the changes, you agree to be bound by any changes made by us. Please check frequently to see if we have updated these Terms.

7.2. We reserve the right to change the rates for our services, and when doing so we will provide reasonable notice, of at least 7 days prior to such change, on the App or through such communication as we consider appropriate.


8.1. You shall also be subject to the Terms of Use of the Digicel website, Digicel Post Paid terms, Digicel Prepaid terms and to other terms and conditions governing the use of any service or product accessed and/or purchased using the App.

8.2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

8.3. Any dispute or claim relating to or in connection with the execution or enforcement of these Terms or use of the App, including without limitation, any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, enforceability or breach of which, will be exclusively and finally resolved by the competent judicial authorities established in the jurisdiction in which you were using the App when the dispute arose.


9.1 These Terms will apply and continue to apply for the duration of your use of the App.

9.2 In the event you wish to cease being bound by these Terms, you must cease your use of the App and immediately uninstall the App from your device.

9.3 Digicel may at any time cease use of the App by written notification by social media ( in any format ), SMS, newspaper or other means of mass media. The form of media to be at Digicel’s sole and unfettered discretion.

9.4 We may terminate your use of the App immediately if (a) you have breached any of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) we decide to no longer continue Digicel Rewards; or (d) you pose a potential risk for economic, reputational or security-related harm through your use of the App.
