Call Fowarding

Call Forwarding enables customers to forward incoming calls to your voicemail or to any other number in Fiji. 

What you need to do is in your phone menu:

  • Scroll to Phone/Call settings, select Call Forward/Call Divert
  • Select Divert all voice calls
  • Select Activate
  • Enter the number you want to forward your calls to
  • Enter Save

Anyone calling your mobile number will have their calls diverted to the number you've set up.

To cancel the Call Forwarding, you follow these steps:

  • Scroll to Phone/Call settings, select Call Forward/Call Divert
  • Select Call All Diverts
  • Select OK

This service is available to all Digicel customers

This service is free. You are charged however for all calls you have diverted to any other phone other than your voicemail.
