Direct Top Up
Simply purchase the desired Top Up amount from a Digicel Direct Top Up seller and tell the cashier your My Digicel Home number. The requested Top up amount will be transferred directly to your My Digicel Home account.
You can send credit from your Digicel phone to your My Digicel Home number anytime by simply typing in *128*MyDigicelHomeNumber*Amount# and press “Send”. There is a charge of $0.09 for every Credit U message sent.
Online Top Up
Visit https://online-top-up.digicelgroup.com at any time to Top up using your credit card. Select the Online Top Up and follow the steps to Login or Sign Up for a new account. You will receive an email confirmation of your Top Up. You would require credit card for this service.
Voucher Top Up
Log in & Click on the SMS button on the My Digicel Home dashboard and select “New Message”, enter the Voucher PIN Number and select “send” it to 121.
MY Digicel App
Add My Digicel Home number to your My Digicel App and top up your My Digicel Home plan using Voucher Top Up. See example below:
9. How to check My Digicel Home Account Balance?
Log in & Click on the Message button, select “New Message” and “Send” it to 120. You will receive a text message confirming your balance or log in to MDA and go to Account and Balances on My Digicel App to check your balances and expiry date.
10. How to check My Digicel Home Data Balance?
Log in Click on the Message button, select “New Message” and “Send” it to 130. You will receive a text message confirming your balance or log in to MDA and go to Account and balances tab to check you Data Balance.
