Important Notes:

  • Every Top up of 100 by a customer should activate 125GB data valid for 30 days.
  • Every Top up of $50 by a customer should activate 60GB data valid for 30 days.
  • Customers should always top up by the correct denominations to get the correct bundle. Cumulative top up is not recommended. For example, customer should only Top Up by $50 to get 60GB data. If the customer tops up by 2 x $25 the customer will receive 2 x 10000mb data and not 125000mb data.

2.    Can I bring my own Device? 
Yes. Customers can bring their own device and get a My Digicel Home Plan SIM. Standard sim registration procedure to be followed. 

3.    What is the Price ID for My Digicel Home Plans? 
The Price plan ID for MY Digicel Home Plans is: 

Prepaid Digi Modem 

  • $50 plan bundle
  • $100 plan bundle 

4.    Where can I get a Blade or Mifi? 
Blade or Mifi is available at any of Digicel Stores. 

5.    What Data bundles are there upon My Digicel Home Plans Top Up? 

  • Top up by $50 – 60GB valid for 30 Days 
  • Top up by $100 – 125GB valid for 30 Days

6.    How to login to My Digicel Home Blade or MIFI and check my Data Balance? 

Log onto modem and send SMS to 130 

Blade Modem: 

  • Connect to your BLADE modem 
  • Enter the URL provided on your modem e.g. http://192.168.8.1 into your web browser 
  • Login to the modem 
  • Username: admin 
  • Password: admin 
  • Click on SMS Mail icon on the top right 
  • In Phone Number enter “130” 
  • Click Send to receive the data balance message. 

Pocket Mifi Modem: 

  • Connect to your Pocket MIFI modem 
  • Enter http://192.168.8.1 into your web browser 
  • Login to the modem 
  • Username: admin 
  • Password: admin
  • Click Confirm 
  • Click SMS on the top tab 
  • Click New Message 
  • In the Recipient field enter “130” 
  • Click Send to receive the data balance message. 

7.    What is my login in and password? 
Default Login and password will be written at the back of the MIFI or Blade 

8.    How can I Top up My Digicel Home Plans Account? 

Direct Top Up 
Simply purchase the desired Top Up amount from a Digicel Direct Top Up seller and tell the cashier your My Digicel Home number. The requested Top up amount will be transferred directly to your My Digicel Home account. 

Credit U 
You can send credit from your Digicel phone to your My Digicel Home number anytime by simply typing in *128*MyDigicelHomeNumber*Amount# and press “Send”. There is a charge of $0.09 for every Credit U message sent. 

Online Top Up 
Visit https://online-top-up.digicelgroup.com at any time to Top up using your credit card. Select the Online Top Up and follow the steps to Login or Sign Up for a new account. You will receive an email confirmation of your Top Up. You would require credit card for this service. 

Voucher Top Up 
Log in & Click on the SMS button on the My Digicel Home dashboard and select “New Message”, enter the Voucher PIN Number and select “send” it to 121. 

MY Digicel App 
Add My Digicel Home number to your My Digicel App and top up your My Digicel Home plan using Voucher Top Up. See example below:

    How to check My Digicel Home Account Balance? 
Log in & Click on the Message button, select “New Message” and “Send” it to 120. You will receive a text message confirming your balance or log in to MDA and go to Account and Balances on My Digicel App to check your balances and expiry date. 

10.    How to check My Digicel Home Data Balance? 
Log in Click on the Message button, select “New Message” and “Send” it to 130. You will receive a text message confirming your balance or log in to MDA and go to Account and balances tab to check you Data Balance. 

11.    How do I change my password? 
Log in, go to Settings, Click WAN Settings, Change SSID for Username & Password. Click Apply. 

12.    Does the Data rollover? 
No, My Digicel Home data does not rollover. 

13.    What is Digi Modem’s Out of Bundle Rate? 
$0.05 per MB 

14.    When does Out of Bundle data rate applies? 
OOB data rate applies on top up less than $2.99 and also on when there are no data bundles. 

15.    Can Digicel customers gift data to My Digicel Home number? 
No, Data gifting is not applicable to My Digicel Home Plans 

16.    Can the My Digicel Home plans be used for Mifi’s & Tablets? 
Yes, the data bundles can be used for any data devices.
