  • 10GB Big Phat data plans & free social bundles are available on all Prepaid price plans excluding the Tourist SIM.
  • Customers have to dial *555# or visit My Digicel App to opt into a Big Phat data plan to avail of Unlimited Digicel to Digicel Calls & SMS & Unlimited Free Social bundles which include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook Messenger.
  • Free social Apps  does not include Video’s in App , Voice & Video Calls and will be charged from normal data bundle.
  • Unlimited Free Social bundle & Unlimited Digicel to Digicel Calls & SMS expiry date is same as that of the data plan it is attached to and will not rollover.
  • Data rollover is applicable on Big Phat data plans opted in via *555# and from the My Digicel App within 24 hours of expiry.
  • Customers can keep unused data up to the maximum data allowance of the plan purchased. For example, the 7Gb data plan has a maximum data rollover of 7Gb to be carried forward.

3. Recharge Offer - Top up and Win

Customers are rewarded with points every time they Top Up.

When customers Top Up their prepaid number with $10 or more, they accumulate points that will add up on every top up they make.

10 customers will be selected at random at the end of the campaign as winners of 10 x Samsung Note 9

Promotion is open to prepaid customers only. (All price plans except tourist) 

8.    Which method of Top up is applicable to gather Top up and win points?
Points accumulation for top up applies for all top up method i.e; top up cards, EVD, DMM, Online Top Up and SMS banking etc. 

9.    How many times can I  Top up to go in the draw to win?
Subs can requalify for this promo, they can top up as many times during the promo.

No, this is only applicable to Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers and calling any other network will be charged as per normal.
