3. Do the opt in bundles auto-renew?

Yes, bundles auto-renew upon expiry.

4. Does unused Data Rollover?

Yes, unused Data rollovers upon auto-renewal. Note: Data will only rollover once. 

5. Are multiple opt ins allowed?

Yes, multiple opt ins are allowed. Multiple opt in scenarios:

Customer has opted in AnyNet Super Data Plan and has unused bundles, opts again into AnyNet Super Data Plan; Data bundles will rollover giving customers extra data.

6. Will I get notification on data usage?

Yes, upon 75% and 90% usage of Data bundle customers will receive a text notification. 

7. How to restrict background Data to avoid unneccesary Data charges without a Data bundle?

Customer need to turn off automatic sync and background Data to avoid out of bundle charges when using Viber and WhatsApp.

9. Can existing customers keep the same number and change to AnyNet Plan?

Yes, existing customers can change their old plan to AnyNet plan by calling customer care on 124 or visit any Digicel store.

10. Can Digicel customers replace old SIM not in use to AnyNet SIM?

Yes, If the number is still available and not assigned to any other Digicel user, SIM replacement can be done at any Digicel Store and a fee of $3 applies.
