We as Digicel want our customers to stay safe and connected with their family and friends, especially during this difficult time. Therefore, we have decided to issue below services to our customers (Both Prepaid and Postpaid) to ensure we are doing enough from our end so that our customers can communicate to their loved ones during this difficult period and stay updated with the current news

Kindly note below:

  • $50 on-net Credit Bundle
    $50 on net credit will be given to all the DIGICEL subscribers in FIJI. Free Credit will be used only to Call and send SMS to Digicel numbers only. It will be valid for 30 Days.
  • Zero-rate URLs for all prepaid and postpaid Priceplans

Below sites will be Zero Rated for all Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers:

- http://www.education.gov.fj/

- http://www.health.gov.fj/

- https://www.usp.ac.fj/

- https://www.fnu.ac.fj/new/

It will help our University students to access their University Sites and educational sites without any bundle or credit required. It will also help our customers to access the Ministry of Health site and educate their family and friends and stay Vigilant.

  • Remove Charge increase limit for credit transfer service
    Charge of $0.09 will be removed from the Credit Transfer Service. Credit Transfer can be done through 
    - *128*679xxxxxxx*amount#
    - MDA Send credit service.

No Charge be applied for credit transfer service and customers can use this service as up to 10 times

1.    $50 on net credit are for all the Postpaid and Prepaid customers living in Fiji?
Yes, $50 on net credit will be awarded to all the subscribers who are living in Fiji. It is both for Prepaid and Postpaid Customers. $50 free credit can only be used to make Digicel to Digicel Calls and send SMS.

2.    For how long will the $50 on net credit be valid for?
$50 on net credit will be valid for 30 days and if you have exhausted your Free Credit within 30 days, it will not be awarded to your number again.

3.    Can I transfer my free credit?
No, you cannot transfer your Free Credit as this can only be used by the person whose number has been awarded with the Free Credit and it can be used to communicate with any Digicel Number in Fiji.

4.    Zero rated sites will be for all Prepaid and Postpaid customers?
Yes, the zero rated sites will be for all Digicel Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers. It does not require customers to have any credit or data bundle attached to access the zero rated sites

5.    If I wish to transfer credit to my family or friends, will I be charged?
No, you will not be charged. Either using USSD or MDA method of transfer, Digicel will not charge for using the Credit Transfer Service and a customer can you this service upto 10 times during the day.
