Digicel Announces Mike Greig as New CEO

Tuesday, 24th October 2017 – (Suva, Fiji) Digicel Fiji today announced the appointment of Mike Greig as its Chief Executive Officer.

Effectively immediately, Mike will have complete operational oversight across the entire business including Digicel, Unwired and Sky Pacific.

Digicel Regional CEO, Pacific Group, Mr. Colin Stone said,” Mike brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in wireless and ICT technology. His recent work in digital transformation in emerging markets will provide valuable impetus to Digicel’s continued growth and evolution as a full solutions provider in Fiji”.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Greig said,” I look forward to the challenge ahead in the Mobile, Business Solutions and Television market in Fiji. Today the customer comes first always. Our activity must foster positive customer relations, lead with world class technology delivery, and realise truly transformational value in consumer and business go-to-close market offerings”.

Prior to joining Digicel Fiji, Mr. Greig was Vice President Americas for Purple Wi-Fi, a Software as a Service start up, based in Los Angeles, California and focused on establishing new business across multiple Americas markets.

Mr. Greig takes over from out-going CEO, Mr. Darren McLean.
