Monday 22nd February, 2016 (Suva, Fiji) – Given that electricity supply has been disrupted in the greater Suva City area, Digicel Fiji has stepped up relief and support measures post TC Winston by setting up battery-charging centers at three locations.
The charging stations are set up at the Digicel Headquarters, Ground Floor of Kadavu House at Victoria Parade, Digicel Damodar City flagship store and the Digicel store at the MHCC Complex.
Digicel Fiji Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Darren McLean says, “We understand that our customers need to stay connected with family and loved ones at this time of need, the charging stations will allow people in the area to charge their phones and keep them working while waiting for restoration of power in their homes.”
The Digicel team is working round the clock to restore services and assist the whole Digicel family as much as possible. For the latest updates please check Digicel Fiji’s Facebook page.
