August 16th 2016 - Punjas and Digicel sponsor third National Netball Championships
Tuesday, 16th August 2016 – Punjas and Digicel Fiji will jointly sponsor the National Netball Championships for the third successive year, to be held on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th August in Sigatoka.
The Punjas Digicel National Netball Championships will attract the largest local female participation in the sport in the country with over 500 players to participate at Lawaqa Park. Both companies are contributing over $35,000 in cash and kind for the two-day championship.

Competition will be in the Major A and B, Minor A and Under-20 divisions. Suva will defend both the titles in the Major grade while Naitasiri will be defending their Minor A title. There will be 15 teams playing in the Under-20 event.
The Punjas Digicel National Netball Championship will start at 8.30am on Friday with the finals scheduled for Saturday afternoon at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka
