How does it work?

  • Customers can dial 138 to subscribe to the service.
  • Customers must be subscribed to Magic voice to be part of this Call2Win promotion.
  • Subscribers should have made at least 1 call every week to be eligible to Win. No limitations on the number of calls per user on any given day.
  • Subscribers who unsubscribe during the contest shall not be considered; however, if the same number subscribes again, his/her usage are still valid.
  • Digicel will contact the winners via newspapers/social media/SMS or call at its own discretion.
 

How to subscribe/unsubscribe?

  • Magic Voice is open to all Digicel prepaid and postpaid users.
  • To subscribe simply dial 138.
  • Current Magic Voice can unsubscribe by texting STOP to short code 138.

Reply message during subscription: Thank you.  You are now subscribed to Magic Voice.  To use Magic Voice, put 138 in front of your friend’s number when calling them. Then listen to the prompt and select your preferred Magic Voice”.

 
 
  • Competition starts on 1st July, 2018 and closes on 31st July, 2018.
  • Promotion is open to all Digicel Postpay and Prepay users.
  • Subscription fee is 19c (VAT inclusive) and valid for 24 hours.
  • Once the subscription fee is paid for/renewed, the customer can enjoy the Magic Voice service for 24 hours.
  • Customers must besubscribed to Magic voice to be part of Call2Win promotion and should have made at least 1 call every week to be eligible to Win.
  • To unsubscribe text STOP to 138.
  • All calls using Magic Voice will be charged the normal applicable voice rates/bundles during the call.
  • Other than the above, Digicel’s usual Service Terms and Conditions apply.
