5. How to login to DigiModem?

Log in and Click on the SMS link, select “New Message” and “Send” it to 777. You will receive a text message with your number.
8. How can I Top up my DigiModem Account?
Customers can recharge any denominations $3 and above and receive the allocated data as shown in above table.
o Direct Top Up
Simply purchase the desired Top Up amount from a Digicel Direct Top Up seller and tell the cashier your DigiModem number. The requested Top up amount will be transferred directly to your DigiModem account.
o Credit U
You can send credit from your Digicel phone to your Digimodem number anytime by simply typing in *128*DigiModemNumber*Amount# and press “Send”. There is a charge of $0.09 for every Credit U message sent.
o Online Top Up
Visit https://online-top-up.digicelgroup.com at any time to Top up using your credit card. Select the Online Top Up and follow the steps to Login or Sign Up for a new account. You will receive an email confirmation of your Top Up. You would require credit card for this service.
o Voucher Top Up
Log in & Click on the SMS button on the DigiModem dashboard and select “New Message”, enter the Voucher PIN Number and select “send” it to 121.
9. How to check DigiModem Account Balance?
Log in & Click on the Message button, select “New Message” and “Send” it to 120. You will receive a text message confirming your balance.

Log in Click on the Message button, select “New Message” and “Send” it to 130. You will receive a text message confirming your balance.

Log in, go to Settings, Click WAN Settings, Change SSID for Username & Password. Click Apply.

OOB data rate applies on top up less than $2.99 and also on when there are no data bundles.

Yes, Digicel customers can gift mobile data plans to Digimodem number. Simply by dialing *555# or from My Digicel App. Data gifting bundle expiry will be same as normal data bundle expiry.
16. Can the Digimodem plans be used for Mifi’s & Tablets?
Yes, the data bundles can be used for any data devices.
