1.    How can I opt into the PHAT DATA Plans?

Dial *555# and choose from the options or Opt in from MyDigicel App.

 

2.    Will I still get the same benefits even after I opt into plans from My Digicel App?

Yes, you will also get to select to add something extra to your bundle. It’s not for all the PHAT Data plans.

 

3.    Can I buy the additional bundles more than once?

No, a customer can only qualify for the bundle when opting into a plan or when the plan auto re-news.

 

4.    Can I opt into the plan multiple times?

Yes, you can opt into the plan multiple times.

 

5.    Does all PHAT Data plan have the option to purchase additional bundle?

No, only selected PHAT Plans such as PHAT $2-2GB, PHAT $3-3GB plan, PHAT $4-4GB plan, PHAT $7-10GB and PHAT $8-16GB plan.
 

6.    How will I know if my additional plans are about to expire/fully exhaust?

You will receive sms regarding how much of the additional bundle you have used.

 

7.    Do the additional international minute bundle/other Upsize Bundles auto-renew?

No it will not auto renew.

 

8.    Can I call ALL Networks in Digicel Pacific Countries, Samoa, Nauru, Vanuatu and Tonga, as the SMS I received says that these countries are also included in the bundle?

No, you cannot call all networks in Tonga, Samoa, Vanuatu, Nauru and PNG. You may only call numbers on the Digicel network. Other calls to other non-Digicel numbers in these countries will be charged the normal international call rate for that country.

 

9.    What does priority mean?
Priority means which bundle will be used first out of the main bundle and the additional bundle (if purchased by the customer).

 

10.    The first priority will be given to the Main Bundle?

No, the first priority will be given to the additional bundles purchased upon opting into the Phat Plans.
