What do I do if I can’t remember my log in details?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered - just click on the ‘Did you forget your Password’ option in the App to reset your password.

Why am I experiencing poor streaming quality?

This is embarrassing! Truth is that streaming quality can vary depending on your Wi-Fi signal. In an effort to minimise disruption to the live streams when bandwidth signal drops, which are automatically detected to deliver you the best possible viewing experience available.

Why am I experiencing buffering?

Buffering may occur if there is insufficient bandwidth available to stream our content. If you are experiencing continuous buffering problems over Wi-Fi we recommend you have a chat with your broadband provider to ensure that your Wi-Fi settings have been optimised.

Why am I unable to log-in?

Your subscription to Play Go allows for 1 active connection to the service. If 2 people try to access the service at the same time, the 2nd will not be granted access as an active session is in progress.
