What is PlayGo?

PlayGo is a new and exciting way to watch a great range of live and delayed sports, entertainment and music on your mobile, tablet or laptop for a small monthly fee.


What can I watch on PlayGo?

We stream live sports, top quality TV shows and movies on a range of channels including SportsMax, SportsMax 2, NBA TV, Fight Sports, Revolt, Catch and Catch 2 smoothly over the internet. Watch out for even more entertainment coming soon!


Can I Stream in HD?

Yes! All our channels are in brilliant HD. Enjoy live sports how it should be - seeing every little detail on the pitch, court or ice rink.


Who can use PlayGo?

Everyone can get PlayGo! It will be available regardless of who your current mobile or cable TV provider is.


  • Get PlayGo from our website www.digicelplaygo.com
  • For Android simply download it from the Google Play store, iOS users can download directly from the Apple Store! Just search for PlayGo and click install.
  • You will need your Digicel ID available to gain access

How does PlayGo work?

The Play Go App is free to download, the best part, is there are no payment details required to sign up! Then all NEW subscribers are allowed a 14 DAYS FREE TRIAL. After your 14 days free trial period, you will be able to continue the viewership for a small subscription.


Do I have to sign a contract to use PlayGo?

There is no subscription contract or any other hidden costs! Your PlayGo subscription lasts for 30 days at which point you can decide if you wish to renew or not. You will have the option to renew on a monthly basis or set up a recurring monthly payment which you can cancel at any time. 


What device can I use to stream PlayGo

PlayGo is available on your Android phone, iPhone, iPad and Android tablets.


What is the required internet connection speed?

PlayGo is clever. If your speed is not as you would like, don’t worry – PlayGo will adapt to give you the best experience possible.


What is the minimum requirement for my devices?

We try really hard to make our technology as slick as possible but we do have some essentials:

  • Android Devices : Android 4.1 and above
  • Apple iOS Devices for iPad and iPhone: iOS 8.0 and above
  • As a rule if your device was purchsed within the last 3 years it should be compatible

How do I install PlayGo?

It couldn't be easier to get PlayGo:

From an Android device simply search for PlayGo in the Google Play store or click the link here to go straight to the App.

Apple iOS users can download directly from the Apple Store, again simply search for Digicel PlayGo and follow the on-screen instructions.  To go directly to the App click the link here.


I don't have a Digicel ID, what do I do?

If you don’t have a Digicel ID simply click on the ‘Register’ option and follow the instructions. Connect with your Digicel ID/Sign Up for Digicel ID.


How many devices can I connect

You can connect as many devices as you wish. However, you will only be able to watch TV from one device at a time so keep this in mind if you plan to share an account in your household. If you receive the error message “Unable to login. Too many connections”… please end any other active session and retry.


Can I use PlayGo when I travel?

Access to PlayGo may only be viewed in the country where the customer subscribed to.


How will I know when to renew my subscription?

We’ve taken the hassle out of this too! As a PlayGo customer you can opt for a AutoPay account. If you rather pay month to month then we will let you know when it’s close to your last day of your 30 day subscription so you can go ahead and renew your subscription.A friendly reminder is sent 7 days prior to subscription end date.


Can I download content to watch later?

Currently content is only available to watch live but stay tuned for new developments in this space.


Where Is PlayGo Available?

We’ve got you covered! PlayGo is currently available in most country with an existing Digicel mobile network across the Caribbean and Central America; including: Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, Panama, St Kitts, St Lucia, St Vincent, Suriname, Trinidad, Turks and Caicos! Not on the list? Don’t worry, we're working on bringing PlayGo to even more countries soon.
