Kelly Milanese
Group Chief People Officer
Kelly Milanese joined the Digicel family in August 2020 as the Group Chief People Officer. Before joining Digicel, Kelly spent more than 13 years working with Virgin Media and Virgin Media Business. During her time at Virgin, she served in various roles, including Deputy Chief People Officer and People Director.
Kelly has also worked across a number of industries as a Human Resources professional, including Mobile, Retail & Public Sector. She studied at IMD Business School where she did the Liberty Global Lead Forward Executive Development Programme; Ashridge Business School studying Strategic Human Resources Management; and Dearne Valley Business School where she did her Postgraduate in Personnel & Development.
