These new bundles also include app specific data for mobile apps like YouTube, Tiktok, Spotify and now, Netflix, that will be included outside of your main data balance. Prime Ultra plans also offer a NEW reward feature, whereby an automatic discount is awarded upon auto renewal of bundle. With purchase of our 5, 10 &30 Day Prime Ultra Plans you will continue to receive our Digi Regional & Int’l Anywhere Minutes that can be used for calls to US, Canada and Regional Digi Calls. Customers will also continue to receive minutes for Digi to Digi calls and local off-net calls.
You may purchase a Bundle or check your balance using any of the following platforms or methods:
a. My Digicel Application
b. By dialing the Digicel activation code of your country (*140#)
c. By visiting a Digicel retail outlet.
d. By contacting Customer Care by calling 100 from your Digicel handset
Calls from one Digicel number to another is free. Local Anywhere Minutes is used to call another network other than that of Digicel. Digi Regional and International - anywhere minutes can be used for calls to US, Canada and Regional. Regional calls are only to Digicel number in the following countries - Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Bonaire, Cayman, Curacao, Dominica, El Salvador, Monserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos. Regional calls do not include countries such as Haiti, Jamaica, Guyana and Suriname and Home Market, that is Dominica.
A balance check may be conducted by dialing the short code *147#, using the MyDigicel App or on Digicel’s website.
Yes, this plan automatically renew upon expiry.
· If at expiry the customer has sufficient credit, the plan will auto renew.
· If the customer has insufficient credit at plan expiry, the auto renewal would have failed and the PRIME Ultra Bundle ends.
Customers will receive a notification 2 days and 1 day before their PRIME Ultra Bundle expires advising that their plan will auto renew.
Prime Ultra plans also offer a NEW reward feature, whereby an automatic discount is awarded upon auto renewal of bundle. Once opted out from your plan whether manually done by you or automatically due to insufficient funds this discount would not be applied in this instance.
