1. What is Digicel Postpaid ?

A Digicel customer pays for the service after they have used it, i.e. calls made throughout the month are billed at the end of the month. Digicel Postpaid customers will receive a monthly bill. In order to sign up for Digicel Postpaid you must pay the required deposit. You must bring ID and either a utility bill / letter from your employer with you to sign up.

Every customer has a monthly credit limit. At 75% of your credit limit you will receive a text notification advising you that you are at 75%. You will receive another text message at 95%. At 100% you may be barred from making chargeable calls.

If you have an unlocked phone that operates on 850Mhz then you can purchase a Digicel SIM only pack from Digicel.

2. How often will I receive a bill?

Digicel postpaid customers will received a bill on a monthly basis. Bills are generally issued on the 10th of the month.

3. How will I receive my bill?

Depending on how you have been set up, you will receive your bill either in the post or via email.


4. How can I view my bill?

Digicel postpaid customers can view their bill online at by selecting My Digicel - View My Bill.

5. How long do I have to pay my bill?

All Digicel postpaid bill payments are due by the 29th of the month.

6. How can I pay my bill?

Customer have a number of options for the paying their bills:

1. You can set up a Direct Debit through your bank

2. You can pay your bill at any Digicel store

3. Bill Express, Audio Soultions, National Bank of Dominica, First Caribbean International Bank and Bank of Nova Scotia
