What are Prepaid LTE Data + Talk Bundles?


LTE Data + Talk Bundles are the best mix of megabytes and minutes to keep you connected longer. All Bundles comes with Unlimited Rollover of your unused data and minutes.


What do I get with my LTE Data + Talk Bundle?

Each bundle gives you data and talk in 1, 3, 7 and 30 days durations as shown in the table below. You can get any LTE Data + Talk Bundle by using MyDigicel or by dialing the *123# short code.


Are LTE Data + Talk Bundles available to all customers?

LTE Data + Talk Bundles are available only to our Prepaid Customers. Both new and existing customers can activate an LTE Data + Talk Bundle for as low as FL 5.99.


What are the features of the new LTE Data + Talk Bundles?

How do I activate my LTE Data + Talk Bundle?

Customers can activate a LTE Data + Talk Bundle through either the My Digicel App or by dialing from their phone the *123# short code.


Can I upgrade or downgrade my LTE Data + Talk Bundle before it expires?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your LTE Data+ Talk Bundle before it expires, for example:  you can change your 1 day LTE Bundle to a 7 day LTE Bundle and vice versa.

•       While on an active bundle, you can visit from your phone MyDigicel App to select the plan that you want to activate. 

•       Once you have sufficient credit on your account, the new bundle will be activated with the new validity period and applicable data quota applied.



Can I activate more than one LTE Data + Talk Bundle at the same time?

Yes. You will be able to activate the same LTE Data + Talk Bundle at the same time.


Where can I call with my voice minutes?

All LTE Data + Talk Bundles comes with unlimited Digicel talk. If you would like to call to other local networks or International numbers you will be charged from your credit at the standard rates.



What will happened when my data and talk allotment depletes?

To improve your experience, overage charges are blocked while you are in any LTE Data + Talk Bundle. Once your data or talk allotments are exhausted. To stay connected, you can buy another LTE Data + Talk Bundle for only FL 5.99.


Will I be able to access other applications, websites or WhatsApp video calls with my Whatsapp included in my LTE Data + Talk Bundle?

No. To protect your unused credit balance you must purchase a standard data plan if you wish to access other applications, websites or WhatsApp voice and video calls during the validity period your LTE Bundle.


What will happen if I am a current user of old plans and I want to buy a new LTE Bundle?

Customers currently subscribed to old plans will be able to see all plans, both new and old. Once you activate one LTE Data+ Talk Bundle, the old offer will no longer be available for activation.  


What will happen if I opt-out or if my old plan expires, would I be able to purchase it again?

Old plans includes auto-renew, if you decide to Opt-Out of your current plan or the plan expires for any reason, old plans will no longer be available for purchase, only the new LTE plans.  


How can I check the data and talk balance of my plan? 

You may check your data or talk balance by visiting the My Digicel app and navigating to the “Account & Balances” screen.


Will I receive a message to tell me when the bundles are completely used?

Yes. You will receive notifications to advise that the bundle is completely used.


What is Unlimited Rollover Data & Talk?

Unlimited data rollover is a benefit of our LTE Data + Talk Bundles where unused data from your plan allowances are rolled over.


How do I know if my LTE Data + Talk Bundle will auto-renew?

All LTE Data + Talk Bundles includes auto-renewal. Your Bundle will auto-renew only if you have credit available and we will let you know when it’s close to the end of your subscription.

Can I opt-out of auto-renewal?

Yes, you can opt-out of auto-renewal by using the service menu and selecting the  “LTE Data+Talk bundles“ then select the “Opt-Out” option to deactivate your plan.

Can I use the new LTE Data + Talk Bundles while I’m roaming?

No; you cannot. These bundles are for local use only.




Am I able to use my Unlimited WhatsApp Messaging while roaming?

No. Unfortunately if you activate any LTE Data + Talk Bundle with Unlimited WhatsApp Messaging and you travel outside of your country (roaming) you will be on standard data roaming charges.


Is there a maximum or minimum that can be rolled over?

You will never lose any MB of unused data or unused talk as long as you are on a LTE Data + Talk Bundle and you can use it however you want, whenever you want. You just have to renew your plan or purchase another plane during the Grace Period.


How do I check my rollover data and voice balance on my bundle?

The rollover benefit is applied to your current bundle and will reflect one balance. You can check your balance by visiting the My Digicel App.


Additional Terms and Conditions


•          The LTE Data + Talk Bundle is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the LTE Data + Talk Bundle.


•          Digicel reserves the right to terminate the LTE Data + Talk Bundle forthwith if in its sole opinion the plans are being abused.


•          Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the LTE Data + Talk Bundle being offered to its customer at its discretion.


•          Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its LTE Data + Talk Bundle. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the LTE Data + Talk Bundle, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.


•          Subject to the above, the standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions and 4G Terms and Conditions shall apply.


These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any dispute arising out or in connection with this Terms must be subject to the Court of First Instance in Curacao.
