These Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms’’) apply to you and govern your participation in this Guess The Score & Win Promotion (“Promotion’’). You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating.

 

We” or “us” means Digicel Curacao, a company registered under the laws of Curaçao with registered offices at Biesheuvel 24-25.

 

Reference to “we’’, “our’’, “us’’ and “Digicel’’ in these Terms also include our subsidiaries and affiliates (’’Affiliates’’) from time to time.

 

By participating in the Promotion, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

These Terms incorporate the Mobile Services Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which you can access via the website www.digicelgroup.com.

 

If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, or If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you should not participate in the Promotion.

  

1.    What is the Guess the Score & Win Promotion?

The ‘’Guess the Score & Win Promotion’’ is the Promotion designed to celebrate Curaçao participation in the FIFA World Cup 2026 together. Each time Curaçao plays a match, our customers will have the opportunity to predict the final score and share their prediction with us via SMS. By doing som, they can participate for a chance to win amazing prizes.  

 

2.    What is the prize?

 The prize is XCG 500.

 

3.    Who is eligible to participate in the Raffle?

The following persons are eligible to participate in the Raffle:

a)    Residents of Curaçao older than eighteen (18) years old

 

4.    Who is not eligible to participate in the Promotion?

a)    Non-residents of Curaçao

b)    Employees of Digicel

 

5.    How does the Promotion work?

An SMS must be sent to 7171. The SMS will cost XCG 1,-. Each SMS sent will count as one entry ticket to participate in the promotion.

 

6.    Is multiple participation in the promotion permitted?

Yes, each SMS counts as one entry in the promotion

 

7.    How wil the winners be selected?

The winners will be randomly selected by a third party company.

 

8.    When will the winners be announced?

After each match, the winners will be announced the following day.

 

9.    When and how will the winner be notified that they have won?

The winner will be called to inform them that they have won.

 

10.  Who do i contact if I have Queries or Complaints about the Raffle?

Additional Terms and Conditions

 

  1. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use and you agree not to sell any prizes redeemed through this Promotion.

 

  1. The winner will be required to participate in any planned publicity in connection with this Promotion. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, images and/or photographs for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel or their agencies, without further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If the winner refuses to do so, they forfeit their right to claim the prize.

 

  1. Upon accepting a prize, you will be responsible for reading and accepting any terms and conditions that may be associated with that prize.

 

  1. We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you, at our discretion.

 

  1. We reserve the right to award any forfeited prize to the next qualifying participant.

 

  1. Prizes are not exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified.

 

  1. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

Any personal data relating to you will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Digicel and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running the Promotion on our behalf and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Digicel and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are selected) and any other purposes to which you have consented. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from either participation in the Promotion or from claiming or collecting any prize.
