In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a Digicel customer with an active Eligible Plan (as defined in Clause 4) from a Participating Market (as identified in Clause 5) AND have shaken your phone via the ‘Shake It’ mechanism in the MyDigicel App on a Saturday, prior to 23:59 in the respective time zone for each Participating Market (the “Closing Time”), during the Promotional Period. This includes customers who activate a new Eligible Plan during the Promotional Period as well as customers on an existing Eligible Plan.
The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion:
a. Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers;
b. Employees/families of employees, employees of affiliate companies associated with this promotion;
c. Home & Entertainment only customers;
d. Postpaid customers with overdue amounts;
e. Persons under the age of 18 years.
