Q: What is the Exclusive Nova Mas Carnival Pass?

A: The LTE Exclusive Carnival Pass is a promotion whereby you can win 2 Nova Mas Frontline costumes with 2 VIP tickets to Pure (Sunday, 16th of June), and Mai Tai (Saturday, June 15th) and participation on the road for Band of Parades (June 18th 2019) to fete with Nova Mas.

 

Q: Can I exchange the prize?

A: No, we will not exchange the prize.

 

Q: When does the Exclusive Nova Mas Carnival Pass starts?

A: The Exclusive Nova Mas Carnival Pass starts on March 20, 2019 at the Digicel Church Street store.

 

Q: When does this promotion end?

A: The Carnival promotion is valid through to May 10th, 2019.

 

Q: How do I enter to win?

A: Digicel’s Exclusive Nova Mas Carnival Pass is open to both new and existing customers.  Please see breakdown of how you can enter the draw to win:

1.       Active a LTE Postpaid Smartphone Plan with a 2 year contract

2.       Upgrade to an LTE Postpaid Smartphone Plan with a 2 year contract  

 

Q: If I am an existing postpaid customer, may I take advantage of this promotion?

A: Yes, if you are a Digicel postpaid customer currently out of contract or in a contract, you may take advantage of this promotion by signing a new LTE smartphone plan 2 year agreement. You will then be entered into the draw.

*Customers who deactivate their existing accounts will NOT be eligible for this promotion.

 

Q: If I am an existing prepaid customer, may I take advantage of this promotion?

A: Yes, if you are a Digicel prepaid customer and you upgrade to a LTE smartphone plan contract (2 years) you may avail this promotion and be entered into the draw to win.

 

Q: Do I have to sign up to a certain LTE Postpaid Smartphone Plan to take advantage of this promotion?

A:  No matter what plan you decide is best for you, you will be able to participate in this Carnival promotion.

 

Q: What happens if I sign up for one plan and change my mind, can I switch to another one?

A:  Yes, we are happy to change your plan if you change your mind however you can only upgrade to higher plan. This means that if you sign up to Standard Plan and then three months later decide you need more data, you can migrate to a Premier Plan. Thereafter, you may move down to a Select or Standard plan but not to a Core or Basic, as those are below the initial Standard plan originally signed up to.
