Once a Digicel Roaming Pass is activated, customers will be able to use voice, SMS and data services at reduced roaming rates in the Americas (mainland only), in Canada, all EU countries, excluding Slovenia and Cyprus, as well as Norway and Turkey. Will customers with 4G capable handsets browse at 4G speeds?

No, once the Digicel Roaming Pass is active on your account you will not need to reactivate if you are travelling from the aforementioned countries to any other country that Digicel operates in or vice versa. If you travel to and from the USA, Canada or any other country on the list of applicable countries while your pass is still active, you will not need to reactivate the plan.
What happens if my data plan expires before my Digicel Roaming Pass?
Digicel postpaid customers can activate at any time. While roaming, if you need to activate or reactivate your prepaid data or mobile internet plan, you may contact Customer Care by dialing 611 from your Digicel device or +1 441 500 5000 using any phone. Contacting Customer Care while roaming will incur standard roaming costs without a Digicel Roaming Pass.
While roaming, is a Digicel Postpaid customer able to benefit from Unlimited Nights & Weekends?
No, Digicel Bermuda customers will not be able to benefit from any local products or promotions while roaming.
Will I receive a notification when my Digicel Roaming Pass expires?
Yes, you will receive a notification 24hrs before a Digicel Roaming Pass is due to expire and a second notification when a Digicel Roaming Pass has expired. Once a Digicel Roaming Pass has expired, regular roaming rates will apply.
