1. What is Digicel Postpaid?

A Digicel customer pays for the service after they have used it, i.e. calls made throughout the month are billed at the end of the month. Digicel Postpaid customers will receive a monthly bill. In order to sign up for Digicel Postpaid you must pay the required deposit. You must bring ID and either a utility bill / letter from your employer with you to sign up.

Every customer has a monthly credit limit. At 75% of your credit limit you will receive a text notification advising you that you are at 75%. You will receive another text message at 95%. At 100% you may be barred from making chargeable calls.

If you have an unlocked phone that operates on 1900Mhz then you can purchase a Digicel SIM only pack from Digicel.

2. How often will I receive a bill?

Digicel postpaid customers will received a bill on a monthly basis. Bills are generally issued on the 15th of the month.

3. How will I receive my bill?

Depending on how you have been set up, you will receive your bill either in the post or via email.

All Digicel postpaid bill payments are usually due by the 21st of the month.

6. How can I pay my bill?

Customers have a number of options for the paying their bills:

a. Telephone Payment

Dial 611 from your Digicel phone to access our Automatic Payment Service. No need to call a Digicel Customer Care agent. Simply pay your bill by using the touch key pad on your phone.

b. Auto Payments

Have your bill paid automatically each month with your credit/debit card. Contact Customer Care at 500-5000 or dial 611 from your phone to set this up.

c. ATM Payments

At Bank of Bermuda, Bank of Butterfield and Clarien ATM machines. (first add Digicel to your Payee List online on your bank's site.)

d. Online

With a credit/debit - visit www.digicelbermuda.com and click 'MY DIGICEL' to get started. Or using your local bank website by adding Digicel Bermuda as a Payee.

e. In-Store Payment Kiosks

Using a credit/debit card. You must know your account balance beforehand.

f. Cash Payments

Accepted at our Retail store.

• All monthly statements that are sent via the post will be charged a monthly fee of $2.00. We encourage you to Go Green by signing up for e-billing in order to preserve our planet and its resources. 
• All Digicel Bermuda accounts are subjected to a credit limit.  Standard accounts are subjected to a $2,500 credit limit.  For more information, please call 500-5000 or email info.bermuda@digicelgroup.com.  Corporate customers, please email BDA_corpcare@digicelgroup.com to inquire about your credit limits.

• Customers will incur a 1.5% late fee (with a minimum of $3) if payment is not received by the invoice due date.

• If you wish to check your balance, text: BAL to 2455
• You can view your bill online at: www.digicelbermuda.com 
(have your account number and invoice number available for the first time you login)
• To receive your monthly statement via e-mail, please contact Customer Care at 500-5000 or by e-mail at: info.bermuda@digicelgroup.com

To avoid any service interruptions, please make payments within 30 DAYS of Invoice Date.
