What is Unlimited Rollover Data & Talk?

Who is eligible for Unlimited Rollover Data & Talk?

Unlimited Rollover Data & talk is available with Prepaid Freedom Bundles and unlimited Rollover Data is available on New LTE Postpaid plans.

 

As a prepaid customer, how do I access this service?

As a prepaid customer you can get unlimited Rollover Data and talk by activating a Freedom Bundle via the My Digicel App or by dialing *100# to access the UMM self-help option. You just need to have enough credit before your plan expires to keep unused data and talk.

 

As a postpaid customer, how do I access this service?

As a postpaid customer, you get unlimited Rollover Data automatically when you have an LTE Postpaid plan and you pay your bill on time.

 

Is Unlimited Rollover a promotion, meaning is it available for a limited time?

Unlimited Rollover Data and talk is Digicel’s latest offer designed to keep you seamlessly connected to the things you love without worrying about losing their unused data or talk. Once you’re on the above plans, you’re eligible to receive unlimited Rollover Data and talk.

 

Is there a maximum or minimum that can be rolled over?

You will never lose any MB of unused data or any second of unused talk as long as you are on a Prepaid Freedom Bundle or Postpaid LTE Smartphone Plan – and you can use it however you want, whenever you want.

 

Will my rolled over data and talk accumulate month on month?

Yes - as long as you are on a Freedom Bundle or LTE Postpaid plan, you’ll never lose your used data or talk. Your unused data and talk will automatically Rollover for you to use whenever you choose.

 

What’s the catch?

There’s no catch – no strings attached. With Digicel’s unlimited Rollover Data and talk customers on a Freedom bundle or LTE Postpaid plan will receive automatic Rollover of every MB of their unused data and every second of unused talk to use whenever you want, however you want.

 

Is there an additional cost for accessing the unlimited Rollover feature?

There is no additional cost to start enjoying unlimited Rollover Data and talk as this is now offered as part of our Freedom bundles and new LTE Postpaid plans.

 

When do I lose my Unlimited Rollover Data and Talk?

That’s the beauty of Digicel’s unlimited Rollover Data and talk - as long as you are on a Freedom bundle or you pay your new Postpaid LTE plan bill on time, you’ll never lose your used data or talk.

 

How do I discontinue this service?

Rollover is a free service for the customer. The unused data & talk will automatically Rollover as long as you repurchase within the grace period. Customers are encouraged to continue purchasing and renewing their Freedom Bundle and keep paying their LTE Smartphone Plan bill on time so they keep their unused data & talk.

 

What happens if my bundle is depleted before it expires?

For Prepaid customers on a Freedom bundle, will be required to repurchase a Freedom bundle or a data boost once their current benefits are depleted.

For Postpaid customers on a LTE Smartphone Plan you can purchase more data from one of our great value data add-ons.

 

Will I receive a message to tell me when the bundles are completely used?

Yes, customers will receive notifications to advise that the bundle is completely used.

 

Will I be able to browse at an overage rate if my plan and bundle balances have been depleted?

Yes, you can browse at an overage rate or purchase extra data.

 

For Postpaid if you change your plan then you will lose your Rollover benefit.

 

How do I check my available voice minutes, SMS and data balance?

Customers can check their balance via the My Digicel App or by using the *100# self-help option.

 

How do I reactivate this service?

You can reactivate your Freedom bundle via the My Digicel App or by using *100# self-help option. The Freedom Bundles auto-renew.

 

Will I still get Free Go Social on Freedom Bundles?

Yes.  Go Social (free data on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twitter) is included with every Freedom Bundle.

 

Can I still get Freedom 75?

No. This plan is being discontinued.

 

Is the Daily Talk, Text & Web plan changing?

Only the plan name is changing. It will now be called Freedom Daily.

 

Do I still get 3 Months Data Test Drive with my New LTE Postpaid plan?

Yes. You now have Rollover and Data test drive to ensure your data needs are covered.

 

Can I Rollover international minutes?

No, you can only Rollover local minutes.

 

Do I get Rollover on my Prepaid Freedom Data Boost?

No. Freedom Data Boost plans do not Rollover.
