As a provider of essential services to the public, we have a duty of care to keep our business running no matter what. Indeed, at a time like this, the services that we provide to customers could not be more vital or more needed. We take that responsibility very seriously. Likewise, we're taking this situation very seriously and doing everything we can to remain prepared.
As mandated by the Government, Digicel will be closing its retail store and BTC payment centre as of Tuesday March 24. We will continue to monitor the developments regarding the Coronavirus locally and around the world and be guided by our local Government and the EMO.
We place the highest value on the safety of our teams and our customers and as such we have already put in place plans to manage and mitigate any risk during this period, while ensuring business continuity so that the essential services we deliver will remain unaffected.

Please Note: We will suspend the disconnection for nonpayment or waiving any associated late fees if Consumers and Small Businesses are affected by COVID -19 and demonstrate a recent loss of employment or income due to the COVID-19 pandemic, during the next 60 days or the COVID pandemic period as determined by the Government of Bermuda.
