Q: What is the PlayGo app?

A:  PlayGo app is a live streaming service with premium and exclusive TV and sports content including SportsMax, SportsMax 2, Catch and Catch 2. Customers get a free 2GB allowance and any additional data usages comes from your data plan. Customers can also connect to a WiFi service to stream content without it impacting data usage.


Q: What’s the difference between PlayGo and PlayGo+?

A:  PlayGo is available to Prepaid and existing Postpaid customers at a monthly cost of $8 excluding data usage. PlayGo+ is only available by buying or upgrading to a New Postpaid Plan and comes with 2GB of data for streaming. PlayGo+ is free with a new postpaid plan.

Q: I am an existing Postpaid customer. How do I get PlayGo+?

A:  Digicel includes PlayGo+ with any new postpaid plan plus give you 2GB free data every month for the app. This free 2GB is available with when you upgrade to a new Postpaid plan, at no extra monthly cost.


Q: What channels are on PlayGo?

A: There are 12 channels to enjoy. Sports fans will have all the action live at their fingertips with SportsMax, SportsMax 2, NBA TV and Fight Sports. TV lovers will be able to keep up with the hottest series or rediscover classics with Catch and Catch 2 including Law & Order and Steve Harvey. Keep the kids entertained while on the go with the best family programmes from GoKids, Duck TV, Pixl and ZooMoo TV. Stay up to date with Weather Nation and Al Jazeera. There is also a Video on Demand section with 3000+ hours of shows and movies.


Q: How much data does PlayGo use?

PlayGo usage will be approximately 265MB per hour so the free 2GB will provide 6.6 hours of total streaming or 13.3 minutes per day.


Q: What device is it compatible with?

You can enjoy PlayGo on your Android or iOS with a Wi-Fi connection or on the 3G, 4G or LTE Digicel network.
