What’s the catch? - there is no  catch – our aim was to offer more value for our customers and offer the best technology in alignment with our mobile network being rated the best in Bermuda 

 

Why did my speed increase? – the speeds were increased as we want our customers to have the true fibre experience and offer you and all your household members consistent and efficient speeds, so no matter how many people are online at the same time there is no interruption 

 

What was my speed increase determined by? – after reviewing our internet plans we decided to provide the maximum speed that we felt was compatible according  to each plan

 

Can I keep my current package (mandatory?) – no, your package will be upgraded to the aligned package where you will be receiving more than double of your speed at the same cost with way more value ---  If on the “March Madness $180 bundle – you are able to maintain your existing package as you are subscribed to a promotional package, however if you do wish to make a change to your package you will not be able to retrieve this package again.

 

Can they downgrade? – yes, however as your speed was automatically boosted at the same cost if you do later decided to upgrade your speed there would be a cost increase
