From [Nov 14th]  (the “Promotional Period”), Digicel will be offering discounts on a selected gaming console and smart electronic device to our Digicel+ customers when they sign up for one of the following Digicel+ Services: (i) Fibre 200 (ii) Fibre 300, (iii) Fibre 450, (iv) Fibre 650 or (v) Fibre 1000 with a twenty-four(24) month commitment period. Subject to these Terms, participants will be eligible for the following discounts based on the selected Digicel+ Plan

Subject to these Terms, the following persons can participate in the Promotion:

1. New Digicel + customers who sign up for a 24-month Fibre 200, Fibre 450, Fibre 600, or Fibre 1000 plan during the Promotional Period.; and
2. Participants must also be over eighteen (18) years of age.

Exclusions

The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion:

1. Any person under the age if eighteen (18); and
2. Any person who, at any time on or after March 1, 2023, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors, or suppliers of services to Digicel.

Participate in the Promotion by completing the following steps:

• Step 1: Sign up for a 24-month Fibre 200, Fibre 300, Fibre 450, Fibre 650, or Fibre 1000 contract during the Promotional Period by: (i) visiting one of our retail stores where a Digicel representative will assist you with signing up, or (ii) calling us, where a Digicel representative will instruct you on how to register for this service. Registration requires you to complete our Digicel+ Application form and accept the Digicel + Service Terms and Conditions.
• Step 2: Once you have been registered you will then be eligible to receive a discount on a PlayStation 5 or iPad Air 5 based on the selected Fibre Contract once Fibre Installation is complete.

Yes. Digicel Customers will be notified to participate via our website, digital campaigns, press releases, radio, and in our retail store.

• Participants who successfully sign up for a 24-month Fibre 200, 300, 450 or Fibre 650 plan will be eligible for a discount on, or an iPad based on the selected plan.
• Participants who successfully sign up for a 24-month Fibre plan will have the option of receiving a free PlayStation 5 or iPad Air 5 256GB.
