The USA Roaming plan is a data-roaming plan that provides both Postpaid and Prepaid customers with Data while they roam. This package is not available for corporate customers.
This plan can be used in 48 states in USA (Does not include Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Cruise Ships) The USA Roaming Plan will be available in 4 different rate plans: 1, 3, 7 and 30 days.
Customers will be able to activate the Roaming USA Bundle Plans via:
1. My Digicel App (via Available Plans page)
2. UMM code (*777#)

Yes, you can activate a roaming plan before travel. By doing so you can begin roaming as soon as you reach your destination.

Customers can activate a plan using the MyDigicel app, Dial *100# for Prepaid, or Dial *777# for Postpaid.
If you don't activate a bundle, you can still roam and will pay our standard roaming rates. To enjoy our best value, activate a new Roam Easy bundle.
A balance check may be conducted by dialing the short code *147#, using the MyDigicel App or on Digicel’s website.
No, the plan doen not automatically renew upon expiry.
