The plan can be activated via the MyDigicel App or by dialing the short code *246#, which will take you to a menu of options to choose the plan that you desire.
The Prime Bundles provide data for the following apps
SportsMax for sports
Loop for News
GoLoud for music
HBO Max for movies
BiP for Messaging.
The plan provides exclusive data allotment for the above apps.
Your App data will be valid while your bundle is active.
Unused App data will roll over once you activate a new Prime Bundle 48 hours after plan expiry.
Once your App data is finished, you will begin to consume your any-use data allotment.
A balance check may be conducted by dialing the short code *120#, using the MyDigicel App.
Yes, the 3D, 7D, 14D, and 30D Prime Bundles automatically renew upon expiry once sufficient credit is available.
The 1D Prime Bundle does not auto renew.
