ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED BY DIGICEL

In addition to voice and data plans, Digicel offers a number of fun and useful services to enhance your mobile experience. Get the most out of Digicel's additional services and enjoy personalisation and convenience right from your mobile device.

With our Call Me service you can send a text message to another Digicel user with the message to call you when you don’t have enough credit to make a call.

To use the "Call Me" service, simply dial *126*(1246Digicel number)#SEND (e.g., to send a Call Me request to 268 7855, dial *126*12462687855#SEND).

Need to request Digicel credit from family or friends? If your prepaid balance is less than BB $10, you can use Credit Me to request credit from friends or family anywhere in the world with just one quick text message.

To send a Credit Me request to your friends or family:

  1. Dial *127*1246 the receiver’s number* the amount you want to request # and press send. (E.g., to request $20 from 765 4321, dial: *127*12467654321*20# and press send)

  2. Wait for the confirmation message and confirm request

Note:

Only Digicel prepaid customers can request credit via the Credit Me service. In order to request credit, your account balance must be less than BBD 10.

Want to send credit to family and friends? Credit U lets you easily transfer credit to any prepaid or postpaid Digicel user around the world with just a quick text message.

You may transfer any amount between BBD $2 and BBD $200 daily. Each Credit U transfer is charged a fee of BBD $0.21 per transaction.

Here’s how you can transfer in seconds with Credit U:

  1. Dial *128*1246, the receiver's number, *, the amount you want to send, # and press send (E.g., to send $20 to 260-000: *128*1246260000*20#)

  2. Wait for the confirmation message

  3. The dial *128*1# and press send to confirm or to cancel, dial *128*2#

  4. Both sending and receiving users, will receive a confirmation message

Here’s how you can check your account balance:

  1. Dial *120#

  2. Then press SEND

  3. Check your phone screen for the current balance


Note: Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Credit U, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way.

DigiInfo is your wireless way to stay informed!

On the road and want to know the latest football or cricket results? En route to the airport and want to check flight arrival and departure times? With DigiInfo you’ll be able to request match scores, flight departures, movie listings, international stock market results, local and international news, top 10 music videos and local and international weather.

How does it work? It’s simple, just send a text:

  • From your phone menu select "Messages"

  • Select "Edit" or “Write Message”

  • Type in the key word for the information you want

  • Send your message to INFO (4636)

  • Receive a text with your reply within a minute

Note: The content of some information you request may require the service to send you more than one text to display the answer to your question. Regardless of the length of the answer you receive, you’ll always be charged just BBD $0.41 per request.

With our Mobile Email service you can send and receive emails easily from your mobile device.

It's as easy as sending and receiving a text message, and the cost to send your Mobile Email is the same as sending a text message, including free incoming emails!

Your friends and family from anywhere in the world can send a Mobile Email to your mobile email address. Your mobile email address is your mobile number@digitextbb.com.

The Digicel Ringback Tones service is offered to all our customers! It allows you to personalise the tune that is played to your callers.

After activating the service, and selecting a tune, your callers will hear that tune play when they call you.

To register for Digicel RingBack Tones from your mobile handset:

  1.  Dial *139# and follow instructions

  2.  Receive a confirmation via SMS with password to log into the IVR

Digicel’s voicemail service is easy to use, fast to access and checking messages is free from your Digicel mobile phone.

To access voicemail, dial 123 and follow the prompts.

The first time you access your voicemail you will be asked to personalise it with your name and password. You can let your friends know they’ve reached the right person by personalising your voicemail with your name.

You may access your voicemail from a landline or another phone by dialing 1246-260-0003. You will be asked to enter your seven-digit mobile number and enter a password. The first time you dial this number from a land line you will be asked to enter your password. The default password is 1234. We recommend you change this password. If you have forgotten your password, please call Customer Care on 100 from your Digicel mobile phone or 1 246 434 3444 and you will be asked to enter your mobile number and your password.
