As a THANK YOU for the patience of our customers during the recent network outage, Digicel is giving them FREE LOCAL CALLS & DATA from 7PM-12AM on October 30th, 2016.


2. What calls qualify for the FREE CALLS & DATA Promotion?

The following call types and Data usage apply to the promotion:

·        Digicel to Digicel Mobile

·        Digicel to FLOW Mobile

·        Digicel to Digicel Landline

·        Digicel to FLOW Landline

·        All Local Data Usage

All other call types & data usage while roaming will be charged at the prevailing advertised rate.


3. Is there a USSD code available to check my balances?

Yes. Digicel customers are able to check the balances by dialing the applicable USSD code:

·        *120# or *153# and select MyBalance from the menu options provided.


4. Is there a specific date/time that I can avail of this promotion?

Yes. Bonus credit is valid from 7PM to 11:59:59 on October 30th, 2016 ONLY..


7. Is this promotion for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers?

Yes. This promotion is available to both Prepaid & Postpaid Subscribers.

All prepaid subscribers who make an applicable call or use any data will not attract any charges, therefore their available credit will not be affected.

All postpaid subscribers who make an applicable call or use any data during the promo period will see the requisite credit amount applied to their bills.


9. What usage types are NOT applicable in this Promotion?

·         Digicel to any International destinations.

·         SMS to any destination.

·         Digicel calls made or data used while roaming.


11. How will customers know about the promotion?

This promotion will be advertised via our Social Media pages, as well as via SMS push messages.


14.       What are the Customer Terms and Conditions for this promotion?

·        This Promotion shall be called the FREE CALLS & DATA Promotion.

·        This Promotion will run from October 30th, 2016 from 7PM – 11:59:59PM

·        The following call types and Data usage apply to the promotion:

o   Digicel to Digicel Mobile

o   Digicel to FLOW Mobile

o   Digicel to Digicel Landline

o   Digicel to FLOW Landline

o   All Local Data Usage

·        Digicel hereby specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper play of the Promotion as determined by Digicel in its sole discretion. In such event, Digicel hereby specifically reserves the right (but not the obligation) to award some other prize hereunder as determined by Digicel in its sole discretion.

·        Digicel reserves the right to at any time to amend its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Promotion. In any of these events notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
