These Digicel+ Father’s Day Promotion (the “Promotion”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQ”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion for a discounted Digicel+ Fibre 125 package valid for one(1) year. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel Group Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.
“I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What Digicel+ Promotions are available for Father’s day?
Digicel is offering more this Father’s Day to new Digicel+ subscribers!
New subscribers who sign up for the Digicel+ Fibre 125 package, which normally sells for $115, will have the opportunity to purchase this package at the heavily discounted rate of $95. In addition, customers will receive:
· FREE Installation
· Free Smart Wifi starter kit for 6 months
2. What is the Promotion period?
· The Father’s Day Promotion is valid from June 10th, 2022 through to June 17th 2022.
3. Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?
· In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must subscribe to a new Digicel+ Fibre 125 Superfast Internet Package.
4. The following customers are excluded from participating in the Promotion
· Persons under the age 18 years.
· New customers who are requesting any other Digicel+ service other than the Fibre 125 package.
· Existing customers who are not subscribing to a new service.
5. How do I participate in the Father’s Day Promotion?
· It’s simple! Sign up for the Digicel+ Fibre 125 Internet package and get installed, that’s it!
6. Will I qualify for the discounted price if I subscribe to a Digicel+ bundle package?
· No you will not. This offer is only available to subscribers who purchase the Fibre 125 package as a standalone service.
7. Can I disconnect my current Digicel+ service and reapply in order to qualify for the discounted price?
· No you may not.
8. Will I be required to sign an agreement for Digicel+ service
· Yes. Customers will be required to enter a 12 months service agreement with Digicel+
9. Can I choose an alternate package to the one listed above and still receive the discount?
· Unfortunately No.
You may choose an alternate package, however only the package mentioned above (Fibre 125) will qualify for the discount.
10. Can I combine this offer with another Digicel+ offer?
· This offer cannot be combined with any other Digicel+ offer.
11. How do I sign up for a new Digicel+ service?
· You may speak with a Direct Sales Agent in your neighborhood, visit a Digicel Retail Store or call 530-7529 to speak with a Telesales Agent who will be happy to assist you.
12. How long will the discounted price be guaranteed?
· The discounted price will be guaranteed for twelve (12) months
13. What happens after the twelve(12) months period has elapsed?
· After the 12 months period the price of the Fibre 125 package will automatically change to the standard package price.
14. Is there any disconnection Fee if I choose to disconnect this service before the end of the 12 months?
· An early termination charge is applicable if the service is disconnected within the stipulated contractual term of twelve(12) months however we know that you will not disconnect.
15. Will I qualify for a free TV add-on if I subscribe to this package?
· No you will not, however we will be happy to discuss the best value option from our other Digicel+ service offerings.
16. Will I qualify for the promotion if I sign up for a new service but I do not get installed?
· You will not qualify for the promotion if you sign up for a new service but do not get installed.
17. How long do I have to wait to get installed after signing up for this offer
· Installation times vary, however we aim to install within 2-5 business days.
18. Will I be required to pay for the Smart Wifi starter kit after the six(6) Free months has ended?
· Yes, you will be automatically charged following the six(6) Free months period.
19. Can I choose to disconnect the Smart Wifi starter kit earlier than six(6) months?
· Yes you may.
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. This Promotion is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.
B. We reserve the right to disqualify you or terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Package is being abused.
C. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.
D. We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Package, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website or the App. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
F. All entrants agree to take part in any Promotion, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by Digicel. By participating in the Promotion, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by Digicel’s or its agencies, without further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If a winner refuses to do so, they forfeit their right to claim the prize.
G. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by our My Digicel App Terms and Conditions of Use.
