Stack and Win Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. What is Stack and Win?

Stack and Win is a limited time promotion in Barbados where customers earn points every time they activate eligible Prime bundles. These points can be redeemed for exciting rewards like Digicel merchandise, handsets, Crop Over tickets, and more.

 

2. How long does the promotion last?

The programme runs for 6 months from the launch date.

 

3. Who is eligible to participate?

All Prepaid customers who activate eligible Prime bundles during the promotional period will automatically earn points.

 

4. How do I earn points?

You earn points whenever you activate qualifying bundles. Points vary depending on the bundle purchased.

Points apply across regular, MDA, and online bundle activations.

 

-Logic

The stackable points system is based on price bands first then bundle duration, thereby rewarding higher ARPU by encouraging more frequent plan activations. For example, activating a 7‑day bundle priced at $35 once per week results in 76 points after a total spend of $140, compared to just 35 points earned from activating a single 30‑day bundle priced at $105.

Customers who activate a 1-day bundle four times will earn 36 points after spending $40, compared to 19 points earned from activating a single 7‑day bundle priced at $35. However, some customers may continue with their usual activation behavior, which could impact participation rates among subscribers considering the promotion.

5. Will I be notified when I earn points?

Yes. After each eligible bundle activation, you will receive an SMS confirming the points earned.

 

6. Can I accumulate (stack) points?

Yes. Points are stackable, meaning they will accumulate over the duration of the promotion with an expiry of 6 months or until you redeem them.

 

7. Can I share or transfer my points?

No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that earned them.

 

8. What can I redeem my points for?

Points can be redeemed for:

Digicel branded merchandise

Mobile handsets

Seasonal event tickets

And other exciting rewards available during the promotion

 

9. How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points:

Visit the main Digicel office

Request your reward

Your points will be deducted via CVM

Your updated balance will be reflected after redemption

 

 

10. Can I check my balance points?

Yes, your points balance is updated after every transaction and found by dialing *120*213#. Message: Your loyalty point balance is xxx

 

11. What happens to my points after redemption?

Once you redeem a reward, the corresponding points are:

Deducted immediately

Your remaining balance is updated accordingly

 

12. Do my points expire?

Yes. All points must be used within the 6-month promotional period. Any unused points after this time may expire.

 

13. Do all bundle types qualify?

Yes. Points are awarded on:

Regular bundle purchases

MDA bundle activations

Online bundle purchases

 

14. Can I redeem rewards multiple times?

Yes, as long as you have enough points, you can redeem rewards multiple times during the promotion.

16. Points earned to claimed process.

Bundle Activation & Points Accumulation

Subscribers activate eligible bundles and earn points based on the applicable price band. Points accumulate with each qualifying activation.

Points Tracking Period

Accumulated points remain valid for up to six months, during which subscribers can continue earning the desired reward or compete to be the first to reach a specified points target.

Reward Options

Subscribers may either:

Redeem accumulated points for an available merchandise item or win a major prize by being the first to reach a predefined points threshold.

Reward Claim at Retail Store

To claim a reward, the subscriber visits any retail store and informs the retail agent of the desired prize.

Claim Submission Process

The retail agent sends an email to the Marketing Team and CVM Manager containing the subscriber’s name, MSISDN, current points balance, and the reward being claimed.

Validation & Inventory Management

This communication allows the Marketing Team to manage merchandise stock levels and verify reward availability.

Points Deduction

Once the claim is approved, the CVM Manager deducts the corresponding number of points from the subscriber’s balance.

Seasonality & Variations

Merchandise offerings are seasonal, and both prize availability and the points required for redemption may vary over time.
