The “GET 3 A07’s WHEN YOU PURCHASE A 3 LINES AND UP FAMILY PLAN” (the “Promotion”) Frequently asked Questions (“FAQs”) and Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your participation in the Promotion. You should read these FAQs and Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
“We” or “us” means Digicel (Barbados) Limited, a company registered under the laws of Barbados with registered offices 2nd Floor, William Tower, William Industries Complex, Warrens, St. Michael. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time. “I” or “You” means the person participating in the Promotion (and “my” and “your” shall have the same meaning).
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate the Digicel Mobile Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.digicelgroup.com/bb/en/legal.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these or are below the age of 18 years, you should stop participating in the Promotion immediately.
1. What is the “GET 3 A07’s WHEN YOU PURCHASE A 3 LINES AND UP FAMILY PLAN” Promotion
This is a limited-time promotion where new customers and existing (one line) customers who purchase a Digicel 3 lines or 4 lines Family Plan will receive 3 Free A07’s as part of the purchase. This is only applicable to new customers on the 3 lines and 4 lines Family Plan and comes with a 12-month minimum commitment.
2. Who is eligible to participate?
This promotion is open to:
· New customers
· Existing (one line) customers
All participants must comply with applicable registration and identification requirements.
3. When is the promotion valid?
1st May 2026 to 30th May 2026
4. What additional benefit is included in the Promotion?
Participating customers will receive 3 A07’s 64GB whilst stocks last.
5. Can Digicel modify or terminate the Promotion?
Yes. Digicel reserves the right to:
· Modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time
· Make changes in accordance with regulatory requirements
6. Are there any general conditions I should be aware of?
· The Promotion is subject to availability and network conditions
· Benefits are conditional upon meeting qualifying criteria
· Digicel reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent participation

8. Where is the Promotion available? In Barbados only at our Digicel retail stores and via our door to door agents.
Additional Terms and Conditions
A. The offers in this Promotion are for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you will result in the immediate termination of the Promotion.
B. Digicel shall have the right to disqualify any individual from availing of any offer in this Promotion, if in its sole opinion, the offer(s) is being abused by that individual.
C. Digicel reserves the right to terminate this Promotion or any offer or all forthwith if, in its sole opinion, the offers are being abused.
D. Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) this Promotion being offered to its customer at its discretion.
E. Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
F. Customers shall be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a short code from a mobile handset or via the My Digicel App shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
G. Warranty and support information relating to handsets included in these offers will be included in product packaging. Where applicable, handsets included in this Promotion are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and Digicel makes no representation as to the functionality of any of the said handsets.
H. Handsets included in this Promotion may not be transferred or exchanged for another product or for cash.
I. Except in the event of its negligence, neither Digicel, nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors or any of its personnel involved in the Promotion, shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, or costs incurred, arising from participation in the Promotion.
J. Subject to the above, Digicel’s Mobile Telephone Services Terms and Conditions as well as the Digicel Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions or Digicel Postpaid Plan Terms and Conditions (whichever is applicable) shall apply.
K. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed according to the laws of Barbados.
