These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to Digicel’s Real Connections for Back to School 2026 promotion. We encourage you to carefully review these FAQs and Terms before participating. "Digicel," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Digicel (Barbados) Limited.

"You" or "Customer" refers to an eligible customer who signs up for the qualifying Converged Offer during the promotional period.

By participating in the promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms should be read together with Digicel’s applicable General Terms and Conditions.

1. What is Real Connections for Back to School?

Real Connections for Back to School is a limited-time Digicel promotion that rewards new customers who connect eligible mobile and home services through the qualifying Converged Offer with an entry for a chance to win one of six tablets.

2. When does the promotion run?

The promotion runs from August 31, 2026 to September 30, 2026. The grand prize draw will take place on October 1, 2026.

3. Who is eligible to participate?

The promotion is available to customers who complete a new qualifying Converged Offer sign-up during the promotional period. The full offer must include both an eligible mobile plan and an eligible Digicel Home Internet service or TV bundle.

4. What do I need to sign up for to qualify?

To qualify, your Converged Offer must include both of the following components:

• One Oistins Lite Postpaid Mobile Plan at $80 including 25GB of data; and

• Any eligible Digicel Home Internet service or TV bundle

under the same customer/account.

5. Which services qualify for the Converged Offer?

The qualifying requirements are:

Eligible home services listed in the campaign requirements include Fibre 400, Fibre 700, Fibre 1000, Classic Bundle, Variety Bundle and Premiere Bundle.

6. How do I get an entry into the draw?

Once your qualifying Converged Offer sign-up has been validated, you will receive one entry into the grand prize draw. Entry is based on the qualifying sign-up, and duplicate entries for the same qualifying sign-up will not be permitted.

7. Can I qualify by signing up for only the mobile plan or only a home service?

No. Both components are required. You must sign up for the discounted Oistins Lite Postpaid Plan at $80 with 25GB and an eligible Digicel Home Internet service or TV bundle as part of the qualifying Converged Offer.

8. Do my mobile and home services have to be linked?

Yes. Both services must be attributable to the same qualifying customer/account combination so that Digicel can validate eligibility for the promotion.

9. What can I win?

Six tablets are available to be won. Six winners will be selected, and each confirmed winner will receive one tablet.

10. When and how will the winners be selected?

The draw will take place on October 1, 2026. Six winners will be selected at random from the final pool of validated eligible entries. Each selected winner will be checked against the promotion’s exclusion criteria before being confirmed. If a selected customer is found to be ineligible, a redraw will be completed.

11. How will I know if I have qualified?

Digicel will validate qualifying sign-ups using the customer’s mobile plan, associated home service and qualification date. Where available, a qualification SMS may be sent once the sign-up has been validated.

12. How will winners be contacted?

Confirmed winners will be notified by Digicel through approved communication channels. Customers should rely only on official Digicel communications regarding the promotion and prize fulfilment.

13. Who is excluded from the promotion?

The following are excluded from the draw:

• Digicel employees and their immediate family members.

• Corporate accounts / CUG lines, where applicable.

• Test numbers and test accounts.

• Blacklisted mobile numbers (MSISDNs) or accounts.

• Customers who do not meet both components of the Converged Offer qualification.

• Cancelled, reversed or otherwise invalid sign-ups identified before final draw validation.

Additional Terms and Conditions

The promotion is valid for qualifying new Converged Offer sign-ups completed between August 31, 2026 and September 30, 2026.

Winners will be drawn on October 1, 2026 via Raffle Manager and announced live on air via radio on October 6, 2026 between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Photos will subsequently be published on social media.

Confirmed winners must redeem their prize within three (3) months of notification.

Prizes are awarded on an “as is” basis. Digicel makes no representation, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or performance of the prize tablets. Any defective claims, manufacturer warranties, or technical support issues must be directed directly to the manufacturer or authorized service provider, and Digicel shall not be liable for any product defects, damages, or injuries arising from the use of the prize.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Barbados.
