The DigiRewards Promotion gives you the chance to earn ‘DigiDollas’ when you activate Prepaid Prime plans, sign up for any Digicel+ service or pay your Postpaid and Digicel+ bill in full and on time in the MyDigicel App.

The Promotion is valid from August 18, 2021 to October 31, 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).

In order to be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a Digicel customer with an active Eligible Plan (as defined in Clause 4). This includes customers who activate a new Eligible Plan during the promotional period as well as customers on an existing Eligible Plan.



The following persons cannot claim any prizes in the Promotion:

a. Any person who, at any time on or after April 1st, 2021, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel Barbados or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel Barbados.

b. Persons who does not reside in Barbados;

c. Persons under the age of 16;

d. Postpaid customers with overdue amounts;

e. Postpaid Corporate & Business account customers.


Yes. When you activate an eligible plan, you will receive an SMS/In App notification that you are eligible for a chance to Shake & Win during the Promotional Period. You will also receive occasional texts reminding you to shake in the MyDigicel App.

A. To participate in the Shake It play part of the Promotion you will need to activate an Eligible Plan via one of the following channels:

1. MyDigicel App; or
2. UMM (by dialing *246#).

Step 1: Download and install the My Digicel App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Step 2: Register or log in to the My Digicel App.

Step 3: Press the green and blue smiley face in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 4: Shake your phone or hold down on the smiley face to reveal what you have won.


Eligible plans for the Shake It play Promotion (the “Eligible Plans”) include:

· Prime 1D, Prime 7D, Prime 14D and Prime 30Day Bundles

· Prime 1D Data Only, Prime 7D Data Only, Prime 14D Data Only, Prime 30D Data Only Plans

· Prime Start, Prime Pro, Prime Elite and Prime Turbo.


B. Customer who activate a 7 Day Prime Bundle/Data Plan via the MyDigicel App will be automatically awarded ‘DigiDollas’.


C. Customers who pay their Postpaid and Digicel+ bill in full and on time will be automatically awarded ‘DigiDollas’.


D. Customers who sign up for any Digicel+ service will be automatically awarded ‘DigiDollas’.

Shake daily for the chance to win ‘DigiDollas’. You are eligible to one shake per day.


You also have a chance to win DOUBLE the ‘DigiDollas’ when you shake between 6pm – 7pm on Saturdays.

‘DigiDollas’ will be awarded when you:

· Activate a 7 Day, 14 Day or 30 Day Prime Bundle and Data only Plans in the MyDigicel App.

· Pay your Postpaid bill or Digicel+ Bill in full and on time in the MyDigicel App.

· Sign up for any Digicel+ Service.
