Vacancy - HR Transformation Manager

The HR Transformation Manger will be responsible for executing PMO tasks in close collaboration with the HR director and the HR Transformation Analyst. He or she will be part of the HR team, reporting into the Regional HR Director/Business Partner, and would follow up on policies for real estate, work-force balancing and indirect spend and drives projects leading to structural KPI and overall cost improvement. He or she will also be responsible to drive HR related projects in the market (e.g. implementation HR tools/systems).  

Main responsibilities

  • Creating and consolidating of project plans, implementation level and data accuracy
  • Preparation of progress reports and documentations for various stakeholders
  • Ensuring that global policies will be translated into local policies
  • Action track all HR, indirect spend and Real Estate actions resulting from transformation projects
  • Connect the dots between Workforce Balancing, Real Estate and Indirect spend
  • Work closely together with HR Transformation Analyst, ensure data quality
  • Supports safeguarding of project progress and milestone adherence
  • Supports overall controlling and reporting for real estate, work-force balancing and indirect spend.
  • Responsible for the improvement and implementation of actions for Real Estate and HR, with a focus on indirect Head Count cost, workforce balancing and Head Count rightsizing initiatives
  • Responsible for reporting on project status and recovery plans
  • Identifies red flags
  • Work with group team to prepare the KPIs for the Market Reviews


Additional Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager/Generalist
  • Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships
  • Excellent communication with project management experience and people skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong analytical and software skills
  • Keen aptitude in problem-solving
  • Self-motivated but know when to seek further guidance
  • Detail oriented and laser-focused on supporting internal processes & systems
  • Experience with organizational design, designing reporting structures and data quality controls
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Knowledge of further PMO tools is a plus
  • Independent and structured working method
