- Achieve monthly assigned Sales targets
- Provide Account Plans for each account in order to provide consultation on products and services that would best serve customer needs.
- Develop the overall sales strategy for a given account and ensure that all sales activity is compliant with the sales strategy
- Manage the Recurring Revenue Account relationship
- Prospect for new customers
- Developing relationships between ICT departments and Digicel’s Business Solutions Sales Team
- Support the ICT Solutions Sales team on technical Sales Opportunities
- Act as a technical resource to both internal and external clients
- Drive multi service ICT revenues on multiyear contracts for Business Voice, Private Circuits, Internet, WAN, Cloud Services and IP PBX services.
- Work with internal and external resources to develop solutions for corporate clients
- Interface directly with customers on technical issues where necessary
- Attend customer sites and present on Digicel capabilities and future plans
- Identify additional sales opportunities, such as ICT opportunities and Affinity offers.
- Provide feedback to Digicel management on activities of our competitors, their products and positions in assigned accounts.
- Proactively gain high-level buy-in and build relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts through the use of account development plans and engagement strategies.
