These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between “Digicel”, "we", "us" "our" and "the company") and the subscriber (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", "the customer") using our My Digicel App Bonus offer. These Terms and Conditions replace and supersede all prior Terms and Conditions between you and us. By using the Services you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


1.       What does the MY DIGICEL APP - BONUS OFFER  mean?

ABC Prepaid subscribers who activate an ATL Data plan through my Digicel App will get

UnlimitedCall to any Local Digicel numbers valid for the same main plan duration period.


2.       Can all customers receive the MY DIGICEL APP - BONUS OFFER?

Only ABC prepaid subscribers will recieve this offer.


3.       When does the MY DIGICEL APP - BONUS OFFER start?

The MY DIGICEL APP - BONUS OFFER  starts on April 17, 2020.


4.       Until when will theMY DIGICEL APP - BONUS OFFER  be offered?

April 30, 2020


5.       How can the customer receive the MY DIGICEL APP - BONUS OFFER ?

When purchasing an ATL data plan from 3 days or more.


6.       Which plans are aplicable for this offer?

9.       Do the roll over, grace period and automatic renewal options apply to this plan?

The bundle of minutes will rollover only if you activate a plan that includes bundle of minutes. Or if this promotion is still valid at the end of your plan.


10.   Will I be able to call a Aruba Digicel number while having a Curacao Digicel number?

No,this promotion is to call only your local Digicel numbers.


11.   Will I be able to use the bundle of minutes while roaming?

No, bundle of minutes will be only applicable for usage while being home.



Additional Terms and Conditions

The My Digicel App Bonus is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this promotion.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate your use of the My Digicel App Bonus forthwith without notice if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused by you.

Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the My Digicel App Bonus being offered to its customer at its discretion.

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its My Digicel App Bonus. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the My Digicel App Bonus, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
