These MARCH MADNESS Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to you and govern your  download, update, access and use of the Digicel Prime Bundle Apps (listed below and collectively referred to as the “Apps”) from the Android Play Store and Apple App Store (collectively referred to as the “App Stores”) during the Promotional Period (defined below). You should read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.

“We” or “us” means NEW MILLENNIUM TELECOM SERVICES N.V. T/A DIGICEL ARUBA (“Digicel”) a limited liability company incorporated in Aruba having its registered office at Italiëstraat 38A, Oranjestad, Aruba.  References to “we, “our” and “us” in these Terms also includes our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Affiliates”) from time to time.

 “You” means the person accessing or using the App Stores to download, access or use the Apps (and “your” shall have the same meaning).

By downloading, accessing or using the Apps, whether occasionally, frequently or permanently, or by otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to, or accept any of these Terms, or if you are under the age of 18, you should not participate in this Promotion.


1.     What is the MARCH MADNESS Promotion?

From March 14, 2022 to March 31, 2021 (the “Promotional Period”) we are offering Digicel customers redeemable digital rewards across our Prime Bundle Apps. Some rewards are redeemable for one week only during the Promotional Period.


2.     Which mobile applications are included in the Digicel Prime Bundle?

The Digicel Prime Bundle includes the following Apps, which you will be able to download from the App Stores.

1. PlayGo

2. SportsMax

3. D’Music

4. BiP


3.     Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

All Digicel customers, both prepaid and postpaid are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

The following persons are excluded from participating in the Promotion:

a.     Postpaid corporate & business account customers;

b.     Any person who, at any time on or after September 1st, 2021, was or is a director, officer, employee, or agent of Digicel Aruba any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of services to Digicel Aruba.

c.     Families of our employees;

d.     Employees and families of employees of any company associated with this Promotion;

e.     Postpaid customers with overdue amounts or inactive accounts;

f.      Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and

g.     Persons who do not reside in Aruba.



4.     How does the MARCH MADNESS Promotion work?

During the Promotional Period for each App, Digicel customers will be able to redeem digital rewards. These rewards include premium access and additional data to enjoy. Customers may visit each App by downloading them on the Play Store for Android or the App Store for Apple to benefit from all of the rewards we are offering. Rewards vary per App.


5.     How do I redeem my digital rewards?

Digicel customers must have each App downloaded to access all rewards. The rewards are automatically applied to the accounts of eligible customers. No additional steps are required.


6.     When can I redeem my digital rewards?

The Promotional Period is from March 14, 2022 – March 31, 2022. However, customers can only redeem their digital rewards from each App on the days specified for the applicable redemptions (“Specified Days”) throughout the Promotional Period. Please see the table below for detailed information.


7.     What kind of rewards can I redeem?

You can redeem the following digital rewards in each App during the corresponding Promotional Period:

Each Digital Reward is only applicable to the corresponding App as outlined in the table above.


8.     What are the Participating Markets?

You may participate in the Promotion if you are a resident in one of the following countries (“Participating Markets”):





Antigua & Barbuda


St. Lucia



Turks & Caicos Islands



St. Kitts & Nevis



St. Vincent & the Grenadines



Trinidad & Tobago


9.     Will I be notified when to participate?

Yes, customers will be notified via SMS at the start of the promotion on March 14, 2022, March 21, 2022 & March 25, 2022 for the respective promotional periods. Customers will also be notified at the end of the promotion on March 20, March 27 & March 31.


10.  For how long will my Digital Rewards be valid?

Your 2GB data allowance in SportsMax, PlayGo, and D’Music is valid from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM on each day of the Promotional Period. This allowance resets at midnight each day and cannot be rolled over. For BiP, your free allotment for video and audio calling is only valid from 10PM to 6AM each day during the corresponding Promotional Period.


11.   Data Protection

Your use of this Promotion is governed by our Privacy Notice.






Additional Terms and Conditions


A.      In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you remain bound by the Terms and Conditions of the App Stores.


B.      For customer support, or to report a problem or send us your feedback, please contact us via customer care online (social media platforms) or call centre.


C.      This product is offered for your personal use and not for commercial use.


D.      You are solely responsible for all associated fees and costs incurred by you for connectivity and data usage in relation to your use of the App Stores. Be reminded that once roaming, you will not be able to participate in this Promotion or use any data from your local prepaid or select postpaid plans.


E.      We reserve the right to terminate this offer if, in our sole opinion, the Apps are being abused, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of our services.


F.      We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue (permanently or temporarily), this Promotion being offered to you at our discretion.


G.     We reserve the right to, at any time, with or without notice, vary or cancel the terms and conditions of this Promotion. In the event of us giving notice to you of any such changes to or cancellation of the Promotion, it shall suffice for us to give you notice via messages to your handset/device or to post such notification on the Digicel website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.


H.      You accept that certain content on the Apps may not be available in your country or in your preferred language due to contractual licensing restrictions. Please note that content available in your current location may become unavailable to you if you travel to another location in which content is restricted.


I.        The terms and conditions which apply to any plan are those published on the Apps at the time that you redeem your data allowance. These will only apply for the Promotional Period.
