What are the new Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans?

Our new Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans are available to all new and existing Digicel customers. You can choose from 2 types of the unlimited plans at any Digicel Store.

How do I sign up for an Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plan?

To activate an Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plan visit an authorized Digicel store with the required documents.

 

What documentation do I need to sign up for an Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans?

To activate a Postpaid account, customers are required to take:

  • A valid form of ID
  • Proof of residence (preferably a utility bill)
  • Proof of last 2 month’s salary (2 pay-slips for monthly salary, 8 pay-slips for weekly salary)
  • The deposit for the plan of choice

 

Does my other local network minutes rollover with my plan?

Yes. All unused minutes will rollover to your next billing cycle. However, rollover only qualifies if your account bill is paid in full and on time.

 

How many times can I rollover my available minutes?

As many times as you have left over talk and as long as your account bill is paid in full and on time.

 

What will happen if I send messages to numbers other than local Digicel numbers?

If you send text messages to other local networks and international numbers you will be charged at the standard rates per SMS and it will be reflected on your credit limit usage on your monthly bill.

 

How can I check the Off-net minutes balance of my plan? 

You can check your remaining minutes by using the MyDigicel app.

 

Can I use my Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plan with any handset?

Yes, as long as your handset is compatible with the Digicel network. Make sure your handset is compatible with the following bands:

  • LTE band
  • HSPA band
  • GSM band

 

Am I able to use the voice, data and SMS while roaming?

No, if you activate an Unlimited LTE Plan and you travel outside of your country (roaming) you will not be able to use any SMS, minutes or data from your plan. You will be required to activate a roaming plan in order to make calls, text and/or use data.

 

Is there a cap on unlimited data?

Yes, to ensure everyone has a constantly good network experience and prevent the network from being abused, we apply a Fair Usage Policy of 100GB per month.

 

 

  • The Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of the Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans.
  • Digicel reserves the right to terminate the Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans forthwith if in its sole opinion the plans are being abused.
  • Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans being offered to its customer at its discretion.
  • Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Unlimited LTE Postpaid Plans, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.
  • Subject to t above, the standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and 4G Terms and Conditions shall apply.
