These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between “Digicel”, "we", "us" "our" and "the company") and the subscriber (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", "the customer") using our My Digicel App Bonus offer. These Terms and Conditions replace and supersede all prior Terms and Conditions between you and us. By using the Services you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


1.       What does the MyDigicel app - BONUS OFFER  mean?

Bonaire Prepaid subscribers who activate an Eligible Data plan through MyDigicel app will get

UnlimitedCall to any Local Digicel numbers valid for the same main plan duration period.


2.       Can all customers receive the MyDigicel app - BONUS OFFER?

Only Bonaireprepaid subscriberswho activate an Eligible Data plan through MyDigicel app will recieve this offer.


3.       When does the MyDigicel app- BONUS OFFER start?

The MyDigicel app - BONUS OFFER  starts on April 17, 2020.


4.       Until when will theMyDigicel app- BONUS OFFER  be offered?

The MyDigicel app - BONUS OFFER  will end on April 30, 2020


5.       How can the customer receive the MyDigical app- BONUS OFFER ?

9.       Does rollover, grace period and automatic renewal options apply to the bonus minutes?

The bonus minutes will rollover only if you activate an eligible plan that includes bundle of minutes (example: 30 day Quick Pick Bundle plan), or if this promotion is still valid at the end of your plan.


10.   Will I be able to call a DigicelAruba or Digicel Curacao number from Digicel  Bonaire number?

No,this promotion is to call only your local Digicel numbers. This means, if you are in Bonaire, with a Digicel Bonaire number, yuo can call other Digicel Bonaire numbers (only) for FREE!


11.   Will I be able to use the bonus minutes while roaming?

No, bonus minutes will be only applicable for usage while you are roaming. The bonus minutes can only be used while you are in Bonaire.



Additional Terms and Conditions

The MyDigicel app bonus minutes is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this promotion.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate your use of the MyDigice app bonus minutes, and/or anyother promotion forthwith without notice if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused by you.

Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the My Digicel App Bonus being offered to its customer at its discretion.

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its MyDigicel app Bonus. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the MyDigicel app Bonus, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
