TOP-UP & GET DATA Promotion

These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between “Digicel”, "we", "us" "our" and "the company") and the subscriber (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", "the customer") using our TOP-UP & GET DATA offer. These Terms and Conditions replace and supersede all prior Terms and Conditions between you and us. By using the Services you have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


1.       What does the TOP-UP & GET DATA mean?

Digicel Bonaire Prepaid subscribers who Top-up with $5 or higher will get 1GB of data for Free which can only be claimed using MyDigicel app.


2.       Can all customers receive the TOP-UP & GET DATA offer?

Only Digicel prepaid subscribers with an activate account and have Topped-up with $5 will recieve this offer.


3.       When does the TOP-UP & GET DATA offer start?

The TOP-UP & GET DATA OFFER  starts on April 17, 2020.


4.       How can the customer receive the free 1GB offer?

All recharge of $5 or higher will get the TOP-UP & GET DATA offer


5.       How can I claim the 1GB?

One you have Topped-up with $5 or more, you will have 24 hours to claim the Free 1 GB of Data using MyDigicel app. After 24 hours, the 1 GB will be no longer available.


6.       Can I receive this promo multiple times?

Yes, but you will not see multiple bonus in MDA. You are require to claim the 1GB each time you top up. Otherwise you will receive 1GB only once.



7.       Will I be notified when the 1GB has been credited on my Account?

Yes, you will be notified by receiving a SMS confirmation. “You have successfully claimed your free 1GB Data. Stay Up To Date with MyDigicel app at h.mydigicel.net”


8.       Where can I see the 1GB after I claim this?

You will be able to check this on MyDigicel app or by dialing *123# (Balance Check)


9.       Will I be require to have an active plan to used the 1GB bonus?

Yes, you will be require to have a data plan active to use the 1GB.


10.   Do the roll over, grace period and automatic renewal options apply to this plan?

The bundle of GB will rollover only if you activate a data plan after the expiry date.


11.   For how many days will I be able to use the 1GB after I claimed this?

As long as you have an active plan.



Additional Terms and Conditions

The TOP-UP & GET DATA is offered for the personal use of individuals and not commercial use or usage by groups of individuals. Any usage at all by an individual that in Digicel’s sole discretion is intended for financial gain or profit by you or by groups of individuals will result in the immediate termination of this promotion.

Digicel reserves the right to terminate your use of the TOP-UP & GET DATA offer forthwith without notice if in its sole opinion the promotion is being abused by you.

Digicel reserves the right to modify or discontinue (permanently or temporarily) the TOP-UP & GET DATA being offered to its customer at its discretion.

Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without the notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its TOP-UP & GET DATA offer. In the event of Digicel giving notice to customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the TOP-UP & GET DATA offer, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customer’s handset/device or to post such notification on Digicel’s website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notification.

Customers should be solely responsible for keeping their mobile handset properly secured and for all activations and other activities that occur on or through their mobile handsets. Any request made via the use of a USSD code from a mobile handset shall be deemed a legitimate request from the customer to whom the said mobile handset is registered. Digicel shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s handset.
