Tuesday, 26th September 2017 – Address, Anguilla: Digicel’s ‘Free Calls Fridays’ is proving to be very popular with Anguillans. Last Friday, September 22, customers converged on the Alwyn Richardson Primary School and Island Harbour in the West End district to take advantage of free 5 minute calls, charging stations and the convenience of purchasing Top Up.

Two customers were eager to express their gratitude. Oscar Richardson says of the initiative, “I was with Digicel from the time they came to Anguilla and I never switched nor will I ever. I just remained patient until I was able to make calls”. Irma Otto notes “I’m grateful that Digicel did this because no other businesses ventured into our village.”

In fact the pop up stations were such a success on the last two occasions, that Digicel will offer the service again this Friday at Blowing Point (in front of Kirkley’s) and Northside Road (close to Curlis Barbecue).

Customers can visit the locations between 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the opportunity to place free calls on one of the five (5) mobile devices that will be provided. They will also be able to enjoy cups of hot soup while there.
