Use Digicel’s Credit Me service to request credit from friends or family anywhere in the world with just one quick text message.

To send a Credit Me request to your friends or family:

  1. Dial *127*1268, followed by your friend's number, *, the amount you are requesting, # and press send (E.g., To ask for ECD 50.00 from 7214321 dial:  *127*12687214321*50#
  2. Your friend will receive a text message from your number asking them to send you Digicel credit.

Note: Only Digicel prepaid customers can request credit via the Credit Me service.

Credit U lets you easily transfer credit to any prepaid or postpaid Digicel user in Antigua, or around the world with a quick text message.

You may transfer any amount between $5 to $200 (ECD) to a friend, or family member with our Credit U service.

Here’s how to use Credit U:

  1. 1 Dial *128*1264xxxxxxx*the amount you want to send# and press send. (E.g., To send $5 to 12645800000: *1268*12645800000*5#)
  2. Wait for the confirmation message
  3. Then dial *128*1# and press send to confirm or to cancel, dial *128*2# 
  4. Both sending/receiving users will receive a confirmation message

Need to check your account balance? Here’s how:

  1. Dial *120#
  2. Press “Send”
  3. Your current balance will appear on your phone’s screen

Note: Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Credit U, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit via Credit U.


Digicel’s voicemail service is easy to use, fast to access, and checking messages is free from your Digicel mobile phone! Your 24-hour answering service will automatically take a message for you when your phone is in use, switched off or when you simply can’t answer.

To access voicemail, dial 123 and follow the prompts.

If dialling from a landline or another phone, you must dial +1 268 725 6245. You will then be asked to enter your 7- digit mobile phone number and enter a password.

The first time you dial this number from a land line phone you will be asked to enter your password. The default password is 1234 - we recommend you change this password.

If you have forgotten your password, please call customer care by dialling 100 from your Digicel mobile phone, or +1 268 726 3444. You will be asked to enter your mobile number and your password.
