Due to the increased cost of doing business, we will be making adjustments in the rates of our postpaid mobile and data services.
Over the years, we have made significant investment in our mobile networks to deliver improved coverage, data speeds and call quality. These increases are now necessary to offset the increased costs we continue to incur and importantly, to allow for further investment in providing an overall great experience for all our customers.
Effective 23rd January, 2017, postpaid mobile calls, data services and plans will incur a small increase to reflect our increased costs. The change will be reflected in your February bill.
